Can you guess which stamp sets are most often used in cards posted on SCS?
As of today, the Top Ten most-used sets on SCS are:
Heartfelt Thanks, with 5655 cards posted.
Looks like spring, 4995
In full bloom, 4847
Lovely as a tree, 4705
Petal prints, 4353
Polka dots and paisley, 3881
Delight in life, 3459
Loads of love, 3431
Best blossoms 3359
Baroque motifs, 3279
Roses in winter, 3063
Simply said, 3021
There are 10 other sets with between 2000 and 3000 posts, and 54 sets with between 1000 and 2000 posts.
Are you surprised? Which sets do you think would have been in this list?
huh, i only own two of those sets (though at one point owned several others). I expected Lovely as a Tree, Heartfelt Thanks, RIW, and Petal Prints because they seem to have a large devoted following I can't think of any others that I would have expected to see on the list though, I'm drawing a blank.
Great list though, gets us thinking that if we want another set to get in the top ten we better get to making (and uploading) cards!
Hmmm.. I only own three of these sets: Polka Dots and Paisly, Loads of Love, and I just broke down and got Baroque Motifs this month! I am glad I have a few sets that have so many postings to look through.
Good idea to post the top ten I was curious about what everyone's favorites are. I am not much into flowers and those seem to be BIG!
I would think Priceless would be up there b/c everyone I know just adores that set. I am surprised there isn't a holiday set or something.
Wish I would have gotten Define your Life it is a great set, however I am not much into flowers....
I'm surprised to see Baroque Motifs - its only been out six months! (I wonder how long it will be before it takes top spot?) I was also surprised that two of the sets on that list are SAB sets.

I am surprised not to see the Artfully Asion or either of the Garden or Stem Silhouettes in the top ten. I swear every other card that I see is made with the, that and that Peaceful Wishes.
I have and love all but two - and Mom has those, so I can borrow at any time!
I would think Pines would be among the top 10, since it's been around about as long as Lovely Tree.
I adore Stem Silhouettes and I'm really hoping it made the Spring collection (no spoilers, please!) because I think it could be a top 10 item. Since Garden Silhouettes was a hostess gift, I doubt it will be in use much with the new catalog.
The new Embrace Life is similar in style to Delight in Life, so I have high expectations for it as well.
This was fun - thanks for starting the thread!

I have all but 4, but do plan on getting lovely as a tree since it hasn't retired. Stem Silhouettes has only been out a few months, same with Garden Silhouettes. Give them time and I think you will see them up there.
Heartfelt thanks surprises me. LOL I love the set, and have it... I just can't seem to get anything I make to look nice. Maybe it's time to try again.

I think Stamp-a-ma-jig definitely helps with Heartfelt Thanks. When I try to eyeball it, I end up with outlines all over the page. But when I do use it, Heartfelt Thanks makes great, versatile, beautiful cards!
I have all of those sets except Baroque motifs- (I'll have to work on getting that one!). I'm suprised that 'Pick A Petal' was not on that list. I'm sure many of you have seen this thread, but I was suprised at all of the uses (other than flowers) for the 'Pick A Petal' stamp set.

I was surprised that Priceless & more Christmas stamps weren't on the list. I only have one set which is Loads of Love. I have wanted a few of these on this list so maybe they will be around longer so I can get them all. Hope so. I can't wait to see the new catalog. Happy Stamping !!!!! Beckaroni

Very surprised to see Looks Like Spring on the list so high! Everyone I talk to thought they would love it, but after buying it, never uses it -myself included. Not surprised at Heartfelt Thanks, that is a long time fav of lots of stampers!
I think a lot of those are free sets (sell-a-bration, came with demo package or sent free to demos) or sets that have been around a long while, maybe that's why?
Interesting list, I have 4 of those, but never use 2 of them (Looks Like Spring, Polka Dots and Paisley).
I am not suprised to see Polka Dots and Paisley (free gift to demos), Delight in Life (SAB), Loads of Love (default demo kit), and Heartfelt Thanks (default demo kit).
I am suprised to see Baroque Motifs as it is new and Simply Said which was also fairly new and didn't have a long run.
I have three of these sets, Baroque Motifs being one of them. I own way more than is on the list and hands down my favorite set is Baroque Motifs. It is so versatile. You can use it for any occasion. One that surprises me that is not on the list is Carte Postale, also a fav of mine. I really want Lovely As a Tree and it is on my wishlist.
Very interesting! I own 10 of the 12! I guess I'm not really surprised by any of them, and I can't think of any others off the top of my head that should be there.
Well, I own ALL of the sets on the list - guess that means I have TOO many stamps, huh? <g> Except that you can never have too many SU stamps! <g> I don't get rid of my retired sets, either...
Anyway, interesting most of them are flower (or tree) oriented except for Baroque Motifs and Loads of Love. I consider Best Blossoms to be one of SU's all-time most versatile stamp sets and I wish it had been a catty set instead of an SAB set! My least-favorite on the list (and I really like them all!) is Heartfelt Thanks. I've used it plenty, but haven't really warmed up to it - it's never been a "go-to set" like Roses in Winter or Petal Prints has been.
I have a customer who HATES Lovely as a Tree for some strange reason - she called me after she got the retirement list I emailed her, just shocked that it STILL hasn't retired!! Well, it's good SU has something for everyone, I tell her! <g>
I was shocked to see Baroque Motifs on the list since it's so new, compared with all the others!

I HAVE 9 OUT OF THE 12 LISTED
Still need to get lovely as a tree before it goes on the retired list.
