The NEW Catalog! WOWZERS!!
Okay....my demo just got hers and I JUST started looking at it, but am already MUCH happier with it than the last one! The stuff for Level 1 hostesses is WAAAAAAAY better!
Okay......back to looking and I'll post more later!

Okay......I've gone through the entire thing. Pretty quickly, but got a good "idea" of the stuff that's in there.
For Level 1 hostesses there is a 6x6 "Prints Pack" pad of the designer series paper that is in colors not offered by themselves. Wild Wasabi, Bashful Blue, Apricot Appeal, Pretty in Pink, and Real Red. YEAH!
A set called "Make it Count" that has the words {Life, {Family, {Fun, {Friends, {Thanks with 5 little images that can be punched out with a circle punch to go with them that say "is good", "love/laugh" with a little flower, "make it count", "100% true", and just a flower.
A set called "Sweet Dreams" that has some sayings, some small flowers on stems, a scalloped frame stamp and a background with dots.
A set called "A Little Bit of Happiness" that has 4 stamps. Each stamp has a set of images in a line that are each in their own "block". Think of "Throughly Thankful's" biggest stamp, but they are all in a single line. Get it?
A set called "For a Friend" that has 6 stamps that I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! A thank you with a flower going up through it, "Happy New Baby" in a double lined box with little flowers between the letters of baby, "Birthday Wishes" with a candle for the i in birthday and wishes is smaller and scripty, "thinking of you" with a thought bubble that has a heart in it coming up off of the 2nd i in thinking, "wishing you love" with a heart for the v in love and the word love is an outline so you can color it in, and "friend" with a flower over the i and little dots underneath. GREAT set!
A single stamp, "From the Garden" that is really large. They show it stamped in Groovy Guava on Whisper White and not colored in and it's BEAUTIFUL! A really nice large stamp that makes a card itself!

There is a military/patriotic set. It's only $19.95 and has 4 stamps. A line of 3 "distressed" stars, a military man in gear from the chest up with a flag in the background, an eagle from the chest up with words in the background (loyalty, courage, honor, bravery, duty, respect, integrity, valor), and a saying; "What love is to the heart, liberty is to the soul"
There is a set called "Refuge and Strength" that has some very nice bible verses. I like that.....
"To Have and to Hold" is a really nice new line art set for weddings. I like this a lot.
I do NOT care for the new Graduation set they put out. There is a set for "Red Hat" ladies called "Hattitude" that is cute if that's your thing. 2 sets called "So Cool" and "Seriously Sassy" are funny! They have stamps with sayings and art with each one for "dudes" and "chicks" like "Later", "Dude, that is so cool", "That's Random", "Seriously", "bff and ever", "Like you Know", "Freak Out", "Sweet I'm totally into that" REALLY funny! LOVE it!
Maybe not new....can't remember, but I like it.....jumbo wheel called "Something Fishy" with little fish swimming up towards a nice wavy top with little bubbles everywhere. Super cute!
LOTS of new "floraly", "boho" type of sets. Really nice. New seashell set that is much larger and looks like artist sketches called "Seaside" for $23.95. Will probably get this one....looks classy. A set called "Boho Backgrounds" that looks cute with little "boho" type flowers and a set of words that can be punched out with the word window punch. Like it.
Background stamps.....GREAT new ones! "Stitched" is a pretty floral pattern that is all dashed lines. Will look REALLY nice. "Posy" lots of little flowers, "Pretty Petals" which reminds me of a Cuttlebug embossing folder I have, a "Twill" that is like "Canvas" but the twill texture, "Riot of Petals" which is 3 HUGE flowers that look like some sort of flower that I can't remember the name of but that looks like it has a ton of worms coming off the center. (I know....crappy description!)
Great new patterned papers! "Berry Bliss" YUMMY! "Olive Press" and "Azure" take the place of "Charbon" and "Cerise".
They have new striped grograin ribbon in the following colors: (it's striped with white)
Bashful Blue, Pumpkin Pie, Real Red, Wild Wasabi
Okay....that's all I can do for now. Gotta address my Christmas cards!
Thank you for giving a little glimpse into the new catalog. I'm a demo and haven't received mine yet. I've been looking all over for someone to share what is in this new catalog! THank you, thank you, thank you!! I'm so excited to see it myself. The hostess sets sound great!
The new catalog is great from what I've seen on the demo side. As a demo, I can order stamp sets from the preview catalog, but I'm just not crazy about any of them. I'm holding out for the new catalog which I can order from after the first of the year.
Thanks for the sneak peek, DisneyDoll! I can't wait for this new catalog... I'm on the east coast, so probably won't be seeing it until right before January.

Sad to say........SU! hasn't done anything for us this year either! The set "Yappy Day" is still the only one. Poopy, because I didn't like that one! Thankfully I have "Bow Wow" from quite a few years ago and just keep going back to that one. Hopefully they'll get a better one in 6 months. Who knows?!?

Yeah.....I didn't like anything in the preview catalog either. I think they should have shown some different sets because there really ARE some great sets in the new catalog! I don't want to wait 16 more days to order! :(

Now THAT sounds like a set a lot of us are going to want, particularly those of us making cards for troops. Can't wait to see what it looks like!

There is a nice single lighthouse stamp with the verse "Thy word is a light upon my feet....". It was one of my favorites. And it was only $15.95 (I think).

I don't use my wheels near enough, but I really liked many of the new wheels in this new catty. And the level 1 hostess sets are better than any of the level 2 or 3's in my opinion. Like that the paper pad is one of the choices.

Yep, there is a very pretty line drawing one with a beautiful bride and groom that I'm definitely using on my wedding invitations. I'm so happy about it
