Red face Can somebody please help me?

Can somebody please help me? I've been all over this site trying to find a tutorial for Shaker Cards. I've found plenty of beautiful pics of shaker cards, but no tutorial on it. I think I have the general idea, but I'm one of those who needs to have directions right in front of me to do it! I was thinking of doing them for my daughter's baby shower---my first grandchild!! So excited!
Thanks in advance for any help I can get!
