The last set of stamps feels VERY Japanese to me, with the hearts, bears and cupcakes twins. They seem like they are straight out of the pages of a Japanese Craftbook.

Not an insult to Amuse, I just wonder if that's what the inspiration was or the style she was going for.

It might interest you to know that those were drawn by A Muse's newest illustrator: Missy
When Linda was travelling down in California, she came across Missy's designs and purchased an adorable bear made by Missy for one of her daughters! Then, she thought it would be cool to have Missy do some illustrations for stamps!

When Linda was travelling down in California, she came across Missy's designs and purchased an adorable bear made by Missy for one of her daughters! Then, she thought it would be cool to have Missy do some illustrations for stamps!

I'll have to order a couple of them in the next month or so. Especially the rocket, my oldest DD is obsessed with rockets and has been asking for a rocket stamp. I started her young, 3 1/2 and already requesting stamp images, lol!
I adore the rocketship and the sentiment "I love you to the moon and back". Sooo sweet, and perfect for my 4 yr. old son, who loves rockets and spaceships!

I was going to get that one too...to make my DH a Valentine card. But then, I thought 'da bomb' one would be more versatile. ;)

But I gotta say, I love the new octopus that's there all ready. Might have to get that one right away, oh and da bomb, and the rocket ship, and the ........
I was in my LSS last week when this shipment came in.... I couldn't resist. I ended up with the squirrel, rocketship, tons of comments and a few Elzybells. It was AMAZING seeing all these great stamps come right out of the box. I about died!
Can't WAIT for more Elzys!!!!
