I know that at least one US Demo has received hers today, so I assume more have as well. That's fun.
SHUT UP!!!!! This is one of those times that I realllllllly wish I hadn't let my demoship go! I could be over there on the Demo side hearing all the juicy details!
Argh!!! :( :(
*calming down just a bit now and regaining composure*
OK, I'll try my post again:
Thank you very much for your information Joan. That's very nice to know. ;)
I have only seen the posts on the other side, but have not received mine yet. All I can say is you better have garters on when you first view it because it is going to blow your sox off :p
Let me see if I can describe it from the photo:
* Large lowercase "grad" with a mortarboard on the "a"
* A quote from shakespeare: "it is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves" looks like it is in a long metal label
* A collage of words in a rectangle, like "congrats, bravo, kudos, you did it, best wishes, success looks good on you, etc
* A capital "G" in a circle, looks like words around the edge but can't read it...beginning to get fuzzy in the photo of this page
* Some other word stamp that is definitely too fuzzy to read.
Does that help???

the words around the G say graduate in a repeating way.
the other saying you couldnt read is Congratulations in 3 different fonts

I seen my girlfriends book, mmmm good. Yes, the new grad set is a good one, some new backgrounds, new striped ribbon, I found the whole book was full of circle flowers. Save some money girls, you'll need it.
Kathy
A demo friend showed me some of the pages from the catty. There is a new military set that I'm sure will be very popular. Reminds me of Godspeed. I love change!

I posted a picture on my website- if you are interested!
The SU website says the last day for orders is the 31st. Apparently no ordering can take place on the 1st.
I guess we're looking at different pages on the web site. The retired stamps page on the customer side says that the stamps are available through January 1 and the update on the demo side says that electronic orders can be placed on January 1 from the fall/winter catalog. Of course the Stampin' Up! offices will be closed for the holiday, so no phone orders on that day, and I'm sure many demos will want to take January 1 off as a holiday as well, but technically orders can still be placed on January 1, 2008 through the electronic system.
And then, on January 2, we can start ordering from the spring/summer catalog and I, for one, can't wait. Everything that I've heard about it so far sounds great!
