I had someone ask me about a template for the birthday book I made a couple years ago. I actually thought I had posted it here, but can't find it... and, there's been a lot of changes in the download forum over the last year or two. So, I'm posting it here. I've included the MSWord file too, in case you want to change the fonts.
For the pages:
Print the file; score each sheet down center, then cut each sheet in half (across). Fold sheets with text to the outside. Put pages together so each half of the month faces the other half. Assemble by punching holes to fit your book, binding, or using binder rings.
Very nice, Thanks for posting this. Looked at your pages, too bad you forgot to take a picture of the cover. As always your Gallery is wonderful as are your templates.

Emily Ann - thanks for such sweet comments I was SO pleased with that cover too. I considered asking for it back so I could photograph it, but figured it would sound too big-headed of me!
This would be perfect to make for some of my little old ladies. I used to do something like theis when I worked in an assisted living home. I would BUY a birthday book, write in all the dates to remember, BUY the cards, address them all and stick them in the correct months. It was a huge hit because some of them couldn't always get out to buy a card, or they had mild dementia or arthritis. But now looking at your beautiful samples and temple, who wants to buy any more when I make make much prettier ones, probably for so much less.
