It�s the turn-to resource for any info on what�s going on with challenges, contests, designers and manufacturers, all over the scrappy internet. Allow me to tell you a bit about these gals � they�ll be popping in throughout the day to share some inspiration and say hello.
Lucy Chesna is well-known for her involvement in scrapbook, card and sketch designing. She runs her own fantastic blog for sketches and inspiration, in addition to working with many design teams and the Pub Calls site. But the reason that I proudly call her a friend is because she is one of the sweetest, most warm-hearted gals that you will find on the internet � always there to support and encourage other gals with her kind words and charm. Welcome, Lucy!
I originally came to know of Anam Stubbington when the Pencil Lines sketch blog first began. I would try my hardest to make little masterpieces based on the sketches, and I would email them in for the gallery, and Anam would always, always reply back with the biggest praise and compliments, even when my works were so far from exciting. She is an amazing papercrafter � scrapbooking is just one of her many talents. As if being a published scrapping and altered-art queen, sketch artist, and design team member of many sites is just not enough, I read on Anam�s blog that she is designing stamps, too!! Anam is so inspiring and always sharing new ways to create. Welcome, Anam!
The third Diva Designer for this week is Kelly Ratcliff. I am just meeting Kelly for the first time, but I like her already!! Check out this little bio and introduction from Kelly � you�ll see why she fits right in here. Welcome, Kelly!
I have been stamping for about 12 years now and every year I seem to love it more and more. It's been fun to watch my styles change. My absolute favorite invention is clear stamps! I am amazed each time I go to a scrapbook store how much stuff you can buy- and believe me, I've done my part to help the economy by buying supplies!
I definitely fit into the category that stamps but would love to scrapbook but have no idea where to start! I try to scrapbook but every time I sit down to do a layout I stare at my pictures and my blank pages and just can't seem to get anything down on paper. I'm afraid I'll look back on my pages in a few years and cringe at my lack of style. I need to change the emphasis and start scrapping from the heart and quit thinking that the scrapbook police are going to make a stop at my house and ask to see my scrapbooks!
I LOVE-LOVE-LOVE surfing my favorite blogs for inspiration.
If I could convince my husband that I should quit my job to stay home and stamp, I'd be the happiest person on earth!

My name is Lucy Chesna and live in Billerica, Ma. I am married to an awesome man of 11 years and we have 2 awesome kids. I am so happy to be here with you guys.
I am designer for 4 other boards and sketch artist designer for 2 boards. I am the Coordinator for Pubcalls and VIP team for iscrap. I also teach at my lss twice a month and there designer.
I have been scrapbooking for 10 years and stamping for about 6 years. I am more hooked on stamping in the last 3 years then before. In some way or another stamping is used in my layouts and I love it.
Here is my layout that I did with swirled stamps. I addicted to them and try to use them in my layouts and cards
Your challenge is to use swirls in your layout...cant wait to see what you do

Just to clarify: For this challenge...would you like us to use your page as inspiration or would you like us to use swirl stamps on our page?

OK, so I'm confused!:confused: Are our 3 lovely guest divas each giving us a challenge, or is the one *swirly* page being presented by all 3? I'm still kinda new to the sb challenges and not quite sure how to find everything. I could definitely use some clarification. Thanks!

This is right up my ally!!! I don't remember the last time I didn't use swirl stamps on a lo!!!!! lol, I'm totally addicted to them also!
I happened to check Anam's blog today and thought it would be helpful to post here what she had written...in case you were wondering what happened.

you know your connection is bad when you use someones mobile phone to connect! I have no connection - occasionally msn will work so if you need me, please phone me - i promise i will pick up (as everyone knows i HATE telephones).
I also apologise hugely to anyone waiting for me to upload work somewhere - i have tried to email you but as it took 12 minutes to upload google tonight, i have given up or i might have the kill the shaw engineer on Tuesday - this is going to be a very very long weekend!!

I did this challenge!!! Even my DD (who's very critical) liked this page! LOL! The photos are from our annual ladies' Christmas brunch and Secret Sister revealing with the women from my church. Here's Girlfriends
I edited the photo to the cropped version, but it won't take right away. I forget to crop it BEFORE uploading!!! Sorry.
