So . . . my pad finally dried up to the point where I needed to reink. So . . . off to the store I went to get me some ink only to find out that there isn't any? Whats up with that? I'm having trouble wrapping my brain around this. Is it just my store? (Mikes), or are there really no refills for Staz-On pads? When I asked the store manager about it my response was "so . . . I'm supposed to just keep buying $13.49 ink pads all the time?" and the response in all seriousness was "yes, we'd appreciate that" . . . . hmm
Are there really no refills for these? What do you use? What do you do? I'm hard pressed to keep investing that kind of money on an ink pad.

I got a refill for my black one at my LSS. I made the mistake one night of leaving the top off mine and it dried out. It took a nice bit of ink to reink them. I have seen them for sale online as well
I couldn't get one at my LSS either. I had to order a refill through my SU demo. I was a little peaved that my LSS was able to order the pads but not the refills.

Refills are available, but only the LSSs carry them here, not the chain craft stores. In fact, the one store often packages the pad and reinker together. There is no big cost savings, but the convenience of already having it when you need it is great. I purchased my Castaway pad this way because I'd read that it needs to be reinked more often than many to get a good image. I will likely do it in the future with any pad that I use a lot- like any black or sepia pad.
I bought most of my refills from SU before they retired, but all the refills are available online. I did a search on Staz-on ink and came up with these possibilities:
and click on Where To Buy and it allows you to put in your zip code to find local places that carry Staz-on. Then you could call and see it they have the refills available.
Hope this was helpful.
Just a heads up
BUT
Frugallities does not ship to Canada so....
Wenchie if you go to the site Please read the fine print for shipping cost!!!!!
