My hometown doesn't have an Ikea but I am at my MIL's and there is one here. I might get there this afternoon so I was wondering...Did I hear someone on hear say that they got something from Ikea to store there inkpads in? Thanks for any help.

I store my SU pads in these soft sided dvd/cd cases.. they look like big rectangles... I fit all 48 and then some in two cases they sell for 2.99 each.

Here is a picture:

Actually, it's the DVD holder that fits the pads. I wouldn't waste my money, however. When I went to check them out a couple of months ago, a LOT of the ones in the bin were broken. I think Ikea realized it was a bad design. When I was there last week, I noticed that the bin was almost empty, and I don't think they're getting them back in. There were bunches of broken ones in the AS IS section as well.

I think the DVD ones were about $5?? I'd spend my time looking at garage sales or flea markets. I just got one of the Napa crates for $2 at a flea market. I added some hangers to the back so that I could mount it to the wall. It must've been a CD version, as it has 48 slots, and each one could hold a regular pad with room to spare, or 2 Versamark, Spectrum, Kids, or Staz-On pads side by side.
