TAC is The Angel Company they specialize in unmounted rubber stamps. They also sell wood mounted. You can find out more about them at theangelcompany.net.
Sewscrappy, Congratulations on your decision. I am a new demo and joined in January. You will love it.
Hi sewscrappy, I am here too. Been around awhile but not posted much. You will love TAC and there are several yahoo groups for demo's including one dedicated to swaps!
HI! and Welcome! You will love TAC and SCS!!! But you may not get much stamping done because of browsing the great talent and ideas here!! Isn't it great that there can be different companies but everyone can just share the love of stamping and creating!!
I am also a TAC demo. I have been with them for a little over a year. I am so happy with my decision. I thought about signing with SU but I am also with Top Line Creations and could not do both. I am in an area with a lot of SU demos. I have really been trying to get TAC's name out there.
I would suggest joining the YAHOO groups to get in contact with other demos.
I've been a TAC demo for about a year. I love all the great perks you get! I only do it as a hobby. I participate in a monthly swap that is listed on one of the Yahoo groups. Congratulations!
I have heard really great things about their stamps! I went on the web site to get some demo info but couldn't find anything on minium sales. How much do you have to sell to maintain your status? And is there any other important info I should know to consider signing up?
Hi there. I am also a TAC demo. I have only been an angel for about a month now and I love it. They have alot of cute sets and really neat accessories. I was with SU for about 4 years before moving to TAC, I really like both companies but the quotas is what sold me. And there are a bunch of web groups that you can become a part of, my upline introduced me to a bunch. Welcome to a great company. Kerry

You must spend 100.00 every 4 months to stay active. Very low pressure.
Once you join you are always a demo. You don't have to buy another kit.
LLHotShot asked= Is there anyway to earn your kit?
There are 3 kits and the cheapest starts at 75.00
Right now before Feb 28th is a great time to join. Check it out at the website www.theangelcompany.net.
I just held my first TAC show as a hostess. Most of my guests were SU friends and we all agreed, we wish SU offered the acyrlic system. One of my guests did sign up with the demo to become a demo. She said it was the low quota and the space saving design that convinced her. I loved the half price option for hostess!
WOW -- I have never heard of TAC and just checked out their website. Some of the sets in their spring supplement are adorable. I'm not sure I understand the "acrylic" concept though. I'm still a stamping newbie (1 1/2 years) - so not having heard of this is not surprising. I would love to see a TAC catty. Do they have cattys just like SU? I'm an SU demo and love it -- but could definately fall in love with the TAC stamps as well.
I am also a TAC demo! I have been with them since Oct. 2004. I love the fact of the no pressure feel to TAC, the strongest selling point (besides the unmounted system and stamps) was that I only have to put in a $100 every 4 months! I am basically doing this just as a hobbyist, so I have no problem making that $100 goal with combining my orders with family and friends. Have fun and you will love TAC and all the Angels are very helpful if you have questions.
I am a hobbist. Not much time for selling. The ladies at TAC are so nice.
I have not found any of the swaps someone mentioned. If anyone could please email me the info I would love it.
Thanks!!

I am a stampin up demo, but i do love the tac catalog. It is alot like ours. They have so many different styles in the catalog. I have one of there catalogs and enjoy looking at it.
question:
I ahve never seen a TAC catty...so if you buy unmounted do you get the acrylic blocks with each set like SU wood sets?
With the demo kit, you get a basic set (various sizes) of acrylic mounting blocks....with unmounted, you only need a set of these and you keep reusing them....the rubber padded stamp part 'clings' to the acrylic when you use it!
So much less space when you store your stamps
and
with acrylic, you can 'see' where you are stamping
I just signed on with TAC yesterday! The deal was FANTASTIC, and the low quota totally removed any concerns I had about "producing". I am in it as a hobbyist for now, but am eager to see what changes the new catalog will be making (such as coordinating paper with inks) and may sell moe as a business in the future. I LOVE Stampin' Up, and have considered joining SU for many years, but just didn't want the $300 quota hanging over me--I personally don't operate well under that (though I hear over and over how easy it is to meet it). So when I learned about TAC just 2 weeks ago on the SCS website, I hustled to their website, found a local demo (who was also a team leader and just made manager), went to her house, looked everything over, and had no hesitations at all about taking the plunge. Til the end of Feb., you can (as I did) get $225 worth of stamps, plus business kit items, plus around $60 (?) in accessories, for $150 plus your state tax. I really like TAC's stamp sets (not too much cutesie stuff) and ink style choices, though SU's coordinating inks and quality papers can't be beat! Now, I need to learn about those yahoo groups I've heard about here...
Would any of you TAC demos be interested in a catty swap? A TAC for an SU catalog? I would love to have one
Please PM me if anyone is interested.
Thanks
Melanie

Angel #2689
Hi TAC angels. I'm sitting at my desk, (sh, I'm at work so should not be doing this) and trying to fill out the angel starter kit form. I have not seen a catalog and it doesn't appear the website will give me one online. I can see the stamp set images but not their prices. Also, I can't pull up the different paper collections to complete that part. Any insight? I see I am not the only person who is signing up as a demo without seeing the actual product so I have to believe there is a way for me to do this. I don't want to order a catalog, pay $7.00 to have it shipped to me, in order to get a starter kit that will include 10 catalogs! Any help out there? I'd appreciate it.
