Default chipboard

I have lots of chipboard shapes and coasters that I want to try to use for monograms and other embellishments. Can I use my sizzix on the chipboard or any SU punch, like the scallop punch, or is it to thick.
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks

I have used my sizzix dies on chipboard and it has worked beautifully. However, I did try to use my corner rounder (punch) and ruined it on chipboard. So I would say, Yes to the Sizzix and No to the punches. Maybe someone else has had a different experience.

I agree. Yes to die cutting (original sizzix and cuttlebug) and no to punches. I think that's the reason the Nestabilities have taken off--we all wanted to "punch" our chipboard!
