I won't get my paper till tomorrow. But I haven't been getting my mail coupons from JoAnns lately, have any of you? I have them scan my name from my flyer so I don't know what's up. I did recently buy a couple of things from Joann.com, I wonder if you do that if they think you don't need the "in store" coupons anymore? I'm bummed!

No coupon here, and it seems to me we always always get a coupon for the long weekends, right? Its usually the 50% coupon for the Saturday, and/or Sunday, and then the 40% off the rest of the week coupon. Very disappointed!!
I wonder if that policy will hurt their business. I know I will never buy anything there unless it's on sale or I have a coupon.....their regular prices are just way too high!

I haven't used any JoAnn's coupons lately but I still am receiving the coupons. I even just got some more yesterday. I know I do go in spurts where I do receive them and periods where I don't.
As for Michael's, I was sort of counting on a 50% coupon this weekend but will only be able to use the ACMoore... (I was hoping to make 2 separate purchases). :(
No ad coupon today! Only a Joann's coupon......in the paper and a 40% online dicount too.
Guess I will head to Joann's.
Michales usually does one on holiday weekends but since they had theirs last weekend they are mbeing tight this weekend.
Hmm that does seem odd since the other major chains are running 50% on one item kind of coupons for the 4th! Well at least they take the competitors coupons! We just brought the paper in so i will look...but at least I know I am most likely going to be disappointed ;)
Last year, I asked a Michael's employee about coupons. They said that during the winter and summer, 40% off coupons come out every other week on Sundays. If this is true (and from my casual observations, it seems to be) then Jwheeler is right - there was a coupon last Sunday, so there won't be one today.
The good news is, according to this same employee I spoke with, beginning on Labor Day and continuing through the fall, Michael's coupons come out EVERY Sunday!
So, if your wish list can wait a bit, just hang on - we'll be getting showered with coupons soon!
Glad to see a post that no one got a Michael's coupons 'cause I thought my mailman didn't give me my flyer.
We have been getting the flyer every week in the mail lately.
AC Moore had a 50% off; I could have used it for Michael's but AC Moore has better, fresher stuff.
I did go in to Michael's yesterday because it was on my way across the parking lot and they had a whole aisle (stickers) completely shut down for reorganizing. What are these people thinking?
I think I figured this one out last year when there was no Independence Day coupon - if the holiday is one that always falls on Monday,and makes a 3-day weekend for the post office, (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Presidents' Day, etc.), then they'll have a flyer with a 50% off coupon. But July 4th can fall on any day of the week, so no coupon.
This isn't anything official that I got from anyone who would know, it's just what I came up with to soothe my disappointment after checking the website to make sure that my coupon wasn't STOLEN by the nasty lady at the store who goes thru all the papers taking extra copies of the coupons she thinks she'll use. And yes, this lady really exists, I've seen her do this, but I don't think Michael's is one of her chosen flyers.
Could this TRUE!!....Michael's no coupon this week?
