Default creative Express help

Has anyone ordered from Creative Express in the past few days????

I placed an order on Saturday night and when I went to hit submit the computer basically stalled out - no confirmation nothing (let the screen stay up for about 8 minutes...) - so I logged out and logged back in and saw that everything was still in my cart so I tried again and same thing - completely stalled out...so I logged off again

So I figured forget it I will try at a later date

I was checking my credit card statement online the next day and there are 2 identical pending charges from CE...got to CE website and find my cart still full and I check on order history and see 2 identical orders...

I never recieved a confirmation e-mail from then for either "order" and I swear in the past when I have ordered I got a confirmation e-mail

I immediately e-mailed them and explained what had happened and asked them to please cancel one of the orders...I have also called them about 6 different times today but I get "everyone is busy please leave your name and number" I know we are just coming off of a holiday but I was sort of hoping to speak to an actual person (even if I had to wait on hold for awhile)

I was just wondering if anyone else had toruble when placing an order the last few days....

Wow! That stinks. Wish I could be of help but I'm afraid I haven't ordered from them recently. Hope you get it cleared up.

Hum.... I ordered Thursday or Friday night and had no problem. I did get a conformation email right away. When I tried to call today just to get a timeline on the shipping I got the same exact message. Obviously they are having issues with their computers and the phones are truly busy or some kind of other issue. I just want to know how quick they ship. But considering that I got 4 Cricut cartidges for $27 each, I can have a little more patience.

I just peeked, and it does say that they are not taking phone orders until Dec 3, so maybe that's the problem.

I ordered the cartridges too, and haven't had any problems so far....

I heard that they have been having problems over the weekend. I hope you get it resolved soon!! Good think you didn't keep hitting submit.

I placed an order last night after DH went to bed, am I bad, and had no problem. I got my conformation e-mail about 2 min. later. I wonder with everyone getting their Cricut at Wal-Mart on Sat. and wanting to get a great deal on cartriges, if it just froze their system for a while.

I got an e-mail from them this morning - they went ahead and canceled out one of the orders - yeahhhh - now to wait anxiously for my cricut cartridges to arrive

I placed an order on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and am stalking the mailbox until they arrive - should be this week sometime (hopefully today)!!! Glad they cancelled your extra order - Happy waiting!

Has anyone has any luck speaking to a human there? I called again today and got the same message that no one was available. I left a message, but have no hopes of a reply.Very frustrating actually and not good business practice in my opinion. They aren't fielding a million orders this week no matter how cheap the Cricut cartridges are. I just want to know when I'll get mine.

I have ordered from them in the past and not had any problems. I think they are a little slower than some, but no problems.
I placed 2 orders last week and got email confirmations for both.

My sis and I ordered a whole boatload of the Cricut cartridges. They arrived just a few (maybe 3 days) later...we were very impressed!

I placed an order on the 19th and received the order today, the 26th. With the Holiday and the weekend, I think that is really good!

Ok, So 10 days after I ordered from this company, I have yet to receive my products or a reply to the 2 messages that I've left them. What's the deal? I don't get it. If they aren't taking phone orders until tomorrow I am assuming that they basically shut down for the past week. Weird timing before the biggest shopping season of the year, but I don't own the company. Why can't they just post on their website or on the recorded message that they are closed for a week. Not professional. Anyone else getting zero reply or product from them? If they can't contact me by tomorrow I'm cancelling my $115 order. That's just crappy customer (dis) service.

I placed my order on the 21st and it arrived on the 28th. This is longest I've ever had to wait for an order, but they state on their website that shipments are a couple of days longer because of the holiday season. After several phone calls I did actually speak with someone this past Thursday, so there are folks there just probably working on the many orders. I'm on a couple of other MBs and A LOT of folks know about the sale! Hang in there, hopefully they'll show up tomorrow!
