Default Scallop Edges?

Hello ladies! Just wondering what you use to get scallop edges. I bought a pair of Fiskars today from Michaels, but they are broken. They also don't happen to be the WIDE scallop I was really looking for. I know SU doesn't carry any scallop scissors, darn!

TIA!!

-Kristin

Ps. I'd also like to know where you got your LARGE scallop punches and what brand they are! Thanks again!!

A new rage are the Spellbinders Nestabilities Dies http://www.spellbinders.us/ct/store/...?idCategory=95

They are Dies that are nested together, so you get like 5-7 sizes in one set. They coordinate beautifully and work in all the other manufacture die cut machines.

They are fun and addicting. Hope this helps,

I use the SU! Corner Rounder with the guard removed to make a lovely scalloped edge....

To make scalloped borders and not shapes (circles and squares), I was thinking about getting the Fiskars Shape Cutter

What do you ladies think of this tool?
It looks like it would cut a scalloped edge quicker than the SU punch.

Hi BrendaMontanez! I had the Fiskars Shape Cutter and hated it. Here is a link to a thread about it Forums at Splitcoaststampers
which has a lot of opinions.

Check out the MS punch. I think it is $14.99 at M but with 40% of coupon not bad at all. I like it because it is a little longer than most.

i really like the fiskars shape cutter! I have all the templates for it. the tricky part of it is you have to have the template facing the right way. Or else it will not cut. I went through several blades thinking they were blunt but it was the template that I had backwards. it cuts cardstock like butter!

I also like the Fiskar's shape cutter and use it all the time. I bought the cutter at Costco a couple years ago and it came with 5 or 6 templates and a CD on how to properly use them. Fiskar's web site might have the video.

Yes, IF you can find them anywhere! I manage a store and none of my suppliers have them!
