SBSC115 Sketch Challenges for Friday November 15, 2007
This week, I have created 2 sketches for you. Not another DPS, but this time I decided to provide both a 12x12 sketch, and an 8.5x11 sketch! :-D
If you only scrap 12x12, try converting the 8.5x11 to 12x12. As I said before, a sketch is meant to be a starting point. Feel free to flip, resize, alter, or do whatever you need to make it work for you!!! Minor tweaks are expected, but if you feel a major overhaul is needed, you might browse through some of the older sketches for inspiration. There is no time limit for these challenges, so use them at your leisure!
When you scrap them please upload to your gallery and add SBSC115 to your keywords. If you use additional keywords, make sure you separate them with commas. You can find all submissions for this challenge here: SBSC115
Looks fun! I finally got the entire NYC vacation album done. WooHoo!!Although I enjoyed it-I was getting sick of the red, white and blue liberty theme. Happy to try these sketches with some other colors/themes.
Thanks Sally for the challenge!

Wow... Am I First....Great challenge! I hope I am doing these LO's right. I liked the 12x12 and I had an extra picture, so I added it. I hop this still fits in the guidelines, if not I can move it to some other challenge. someone just let me know. Here's mine...
Here are two pages for the challenge, which I found the 12x12 page to be hard for me, I think it had to do with the cutting - I am challenged in that area and been spoiled by my cricut
Like I said with my post, my pages were all starting to look alike so I thought I would step outside the box and try some challenges! I really had fun! I hope this works since I tweaked it a bit. I look forward to joining more now!!
Sally, what a fun sketch!!! I have to admit a part of me was hesitant to cut waves in my new DP because I'm not good at cutting freehand, but I like how it turned out, definitely stands out from my usual all rectangle pages.Your creativity is amazing.

You are so sweet! ;) We have a lot of ice storms around here and not much snow...LOVE that paper you used, glad you mustered the courage to cut it!
I really like the layout for the 8 1/2" x 11" so I upsized it to a 12"x12".. This is my first post for scrapbooking on SCS, but it will not be my last. I will be trying out some of these awesome layouts... SBSC115, Beach Babes- June 3, 2003 by DFriley at Splitcoaststampers
