Default Getting distress reinker out of

carpet, clothes! Yup, had a little mishap with some spiced marmalade!! Little one decided to see what it looked like on the carpet and her clothes!! Some how she managed to pull off the rubber piece that hold the dropper!!!

Any suggestions on how to get it out of the carpet and her clothes? It did come off of her!! Thought she was going to have orange legs!!!

for the carpet i would put down cloths like (old dish towels) to soak up as much as you can first, (don't rub) do you have any carpet stain removing cleaners?
i have the idea this ink is waterbased so maybe after you blot up as much of the reinker as possible get one old towel completely wet and wring out the excess water and try to get any of the ink that did not come up with blotting? and then if that is not working then try the chemical cleaners??
just what i would do, but it kinda depends on what kind of carpet you have to some cannot be cleaned with water?
