Default One hole to tie ribbon

I saw a tutorial for tying ribbon with one hole to keep it from moving all around. Does anyone know how to do this??

Thanks!

What I do is punch a hole where I want the bow to go, then cut a ribbon to length, push both ends through the CS from the back, pull both ends until there's just a small loop on the back, slide a small rectangle of stiff CS into the loop, and pull the ends until the CS is against the back and the loop is tight. I then tie my bow on the front. You can turn the bow to where you want it, then secure the CS with tape on the back, but I find that step isn't always necessary.

This is an example:

Neato, peato! Why didn't I think of this. One of my peeves is when the bow won't tie in the right direction - this would save me tying and re-tying....a simple twist until it's where I want it - brilliant!!! Thanks for sharing this tip, I'll give it a try later today so I won't forget how you said to do it.
