I received earlier this evening the nicest call from this company. They called to say that it looks like my order may not get shipped before Christmas because they have over 600 orders to fill and they are afraid that they cannot fill my order. They wanted to know if I wanted to keep the order as is, or if they should cancel it. Even though it makes me very :( I probably won't get my order in time for Christmas it was so nice of them to call!

I've done business with them in the past as well and I agree their customer service is awesome! But so sorry to hear that they may not be able to fill your order, what a bummer. Hope it all works out well for you.

They do have fabulous customer service. I don't think they were prepared for the major rush of stampers wanting nugget tins, but they have done a great job trying to keep up with us!

I love love this company. I have e-mailed with them a number of times. Last time was to see if they would price match a product for me so that I could order everything from one company. Really great to work with.
