Default Heading to PA for Thanksgiving

I am heading out of MO on Sunday morning for PA. I'd love to check out a few scrapbooking/stamping stores while I am traveling. I will be in Pittsburgh and just North of there at the beginning of the week and near Harrisburg toward the end of the week. Any suggestions??

Stamp Fanci is the best stamping store near Pittsburgh. It's in WestView. Scrapbook Station is in Butler for tons of scrapbool stuff.

I'm not sure how far north of Pittsburgh you are heading, but my aunt has a scrapping store in Ford City. It's called McNabb's in Scrappin Heaven.

Thanks! I will try to catch Stamp Fanci. I need to consult a map ... I am not sure where Ford City is. I will be in Sharon, PA for a little while ... probably a whole day. Happy Thanksgiving and Stampin'!

Enjoy your stay in PA--the trip to stamp fanci is worth it--very cool store! On the 25th of the month she has a 25% off sale if you happen to be in town when the 25th rolls around.

There is a craft store called Pat Catans in Hermitage which has some really neat ideas and is inexpensive.

Not sure how long you'll be in Harrisburg, or which end of Harrisburg you'll be on, but there is a store called Stamp-ede in York, PA (30-45 mins. from Harrisburg) that carries a lot of stamps, ink, punches, you name it.

Scrapbook Station in Butler, PA is the greatest! I was just there last week and spent almost three hours in there. They have loads of embellishments, clear stamps, albums, all the latest products that are in the magazines. You don't want to miss it!!!

Can't add anything, but only echo Stamp Fanci and Scrapbook Station. I'm in the middle of the two and they are definitely my favorites. Stamp Fanci is kind of small, but it takes forever to get through there as she has stuff in every nook & cranny!

Okay...a ? How far do you want to drive for ribbon?
The Offray Ribbon Factory Outlet is in Hagerstown,MD
a short 1hr 20mins away. They also have an AC Moore that usually has good deals and there is also another scrapbook place in town...can't remember the name right now, but PM me if you are interested and I'll find out for you. Have a great time. I am slightly envious not being able to go back east for the holidays.

If you'll be traveling to Lancaster (Amish Country) while visiting, I can give you some Amish owned stores in that area if interested.

Stamp Fanci is definately worth going to..

Then there is Art Tech in Greensburg, The Crop Shop in Greensburg.... All the JoAnns and Michaels you can handle... and Pat Catans - please stop by CAtans if you get a chance - you won't be disappointed..

Stickles for 1.79, Whispers See-D's stamp sets for 2.00, all kinds of goodies...
