You guys are totally making me jealous because the only glimpse I have gotten of the new catty is from your avatars!!!! I talked to my demo last night and she sounded so excited about it! I placed my last order from the retiring catty a few minutes ago and I must admit it made me a little sad because I know I will regret not getting more of the retiring sets - only got 2 sets from retiring list and a couple of wheels. She mailed me out a new catty today and I can't wait!!! Forgot to ask her if their is are any western sets in the new one.(cowboy theme) Anyone see any?

My "Emergency Must Have Immediately" stamp is the Word by Word Background Stamp. I can see using it for SO MANY different things!
After that, I'm really liking: Swell News Do the Hula Loads of Love and the accessories Little Pieces Floral Background
Actually, at the moment, my head is still swimming because I've actually only had posession of my catalog for about an hour and a half!
I just got back from drooling over my demo's catalog. There are a bunch of cute ones to chose from. But I definitely need that one with the gumball machine. I can't wait to get my own copy of the catalog so I can really study it out.
Boy am I green with envy! I was sure I would get my complimentary copy today! But, No! I about bit my dh's head off when he came back from the mail box without it! Maybe tomorrow!

Just got my catty today so I'm sooo into looking through it all. There are some really great things, not just stamp sets. I've already signed up to do a new catalog swap and said I'd use On Gossamer Wings, so that has to be the first set I buy. That may not be the only set I buy though. July is my hostess month with my stamp group, so I'll (hopefully) be able to buy a bunch of stuff.

I LOVE that set, as soon as my catty came and I opened it I was crying from laughing and screaming at this set. I know I will be making lots of cards with it.
I really want Bubble Queen and A Good Sign first. A Good Sign has really cool stamps in sign language and I'm deaf, use American Sign Language to communicate so it's a must have. I love chic things so Bubble Queen is also a must have for me. Believe me, there are plenty on my wish list but these 2 are to start with!

I'm still waiting for my catty too, but most of what's going on my first order is hardware type stuff and maybe a set or 2 or 3 or whatever doesn't break the budget.

Ok.. I am just *SO* jealous!!! I get my new catty tomorrow night and I am DYING to get my hands on it!! LOL!!!
Can anyone describe the 'word by word' background stamp??? Pretty please!?!?! LOL!!!
It's a bunch of words in rectangles put together to form the background stamp shape. Some words are long & narrow. Others are short & taller. But the differences in height are really not big. Some of the words are all capital letters & some are all lowercase. Does that make sense? The words are: giggle, share, laugh, pals, pleasure, happiness, joy, merry, delight, friendship, glee, cheer, enjoy, kindness, smile, funny, grin, heartfelt, affection, love, bliss & sweet.
I don't know ASL, but I know signed English (I know- many differences!) I wasn't sure about A Good Sign...it shows the "W" for "wow" and "F" for "excellent". Are these correct in ASL?
I am going for Loads of Love Accessories and one of those cute matching wheels! I think I want Heartfelt Thanks next, it looks like a very versatile set!
Mary, I don't know the ASL sign for excellent, but we always use a W signed with both hands in front of our mouth for "Wow!" Don't know if it is strictly ASL, but it gets the message across well! That looks like a great set!
No fair, no fair. *pout* Some of us haven't SEEN the new catalog.
*stomps off to brood*
;)
I'm stomping off with Scarlett! Of course I'm reading these names and will get to see my catty tonight at my demo's "ooh and aah party." It will be fun to put "faces with names!"

Mary
In ASL, we usually just spell the word WOW. Many 3 letter words are just spelled out quickly. The sign "F" is a standard gesture that even non signers use to say "OK" or "great" so I think the stamps represent the signs well. ~Wendy
