PM'd you a link that I use. Hope it helps you. Great idea...might be using the same temp for our cloverbud group. Might be a great project for the little ones to do at a club meeting as gifts to share with love ones.
If anyone has the ablity to post the link...please do. I can't get it to allow me to post it. Not enough posts, is what it's telling me. Please feel free to post it for me. Thanks!
They are boxes, 4 sided coming to a point on top-flat bottom...sort of look like a pyramind in shape. The link that I found makes small ones, great for ornaments for a holiday tree. Punch a hole on top, thread ribbon thru it and hang just about anywhere. I'm hoping to make a few, using them for our Advent calendar, filling them with candies/little things for the kids to open each day. You might be able to adjust the template and make them a bit bigger.

Okay...I think I figured out a way to post the link.
I'm not able to link or should I say, it won't let me post links. It says I haven't posted enough posts yet...I need 3...yada yada yada. But, I've done three+, so I don't know why it won't let me. Anyway...I figured out a way...
I ended up making a word doc., and added the link on the page with the diagram. This is the only way I was able to get it to post. Just copy/paste the link into address bar...and go! The word doc. is just of the pyramid temp., and the link will take you to the pyramid template where I got it from....So you know...They have other templates too.
Need to see the other templates? Replace the word "pyramid.htm" and place the word "templates.htm" in the address bar on the link in the doc.
I usually just "copy/paste" all my templates into MS Pub. then alter it to remove the "writing" with a text box w/white fill. I usually then print the project...laminate...and use template. If I think I'm only going to use it once, I just cut it out and place on "good paper" and trace. This way I can place template the best way to save on paper.

If you can't get the link[s] to work...please PM me...not a problem to send it to you directly.
There is another Pyramid Box ornament tutorial and template available on this blog... Hemidemisemiquaver
Scroll down almost to the bottom to find the ornaments.
(I can't seem to open the documents, but that may be just my computer)
The above 2 links are to a different type of boxes, more of what they are calling "Icicle Treat boxes". They come to a point on the bottom, and are more narrower and longer, it looks like. The one in my MS doc. is a 4 side, flat bottom, not as narrow or long. It will look like a pyramid when done. So, we have 3 template webites to look at now...yeah.
I love the icicle box posted in the blog, It's so pretty... I'm going to have to try these too! Thanks for the link...popped into my favorites!
Hey Guys...yes the pyramid box is on my blog. Quick note though: Please punch a hole into the tops of all four sides and string (two different types is nice) ribbon through and tie it. The one pictured I did to enter the PTI contest, so I wanted to use the star. It will not close unless you tape it this way. Please be advised to use the ribbon.
Thanks,
Becky
I have the Pyramid AND the Icicle boxes on my blog. Please go to THIS link and you can scroll down. The pyramid box is the one with the santas on it. I have other great templates of my own designs and of others as well.
