This template is SO cute. Do you really cut all the itty bitty curves with a plain scissors? Or do you use a scalloped one?

Default Desperate for baby girl dress template!!
I received the template and made the card....it was such a hit at the shower. I cut all the little scallops out although I think if you had scalloped scissors you could do it that way. This is so adorable....
