Do you have difficulty finding Hersheys Nuggets?
Do you just like Nestle Treasures better? (Yes, I only just figured out today that they're made by Nestle, not Hershey. Suddenly it makes so much more sense that they're not the same size. Duh.)
Well, it's your lucky day!
This topic will be used for the patterns for boxes that hold Nestle Treasures candy. They're identical in construction to nugget boxes, but the candy is different enough in size that nuggets won't fit properly in treasures boxes and vice versa.
Over the next several days, I'll be posting the patterns for many sizes of boxes in this topic. Each of the files has a name similar to this: treasures_box_8_long.pdf - this tells you how many Treasures candies it holds (8 in this case). If the name includes 'long' or 'short', it just means that there is more than one shape of box that holds that number of Treasures. For example, 8 Treasures could be either one row of eight (long), or two rows of four (short).
If you click on one of the PDF files and get a blank screen, you probably need to upgrade your Adobe reader software. You can get the free upgrade at www.adobe.com - version 7.0 is the minimum that you should get.
Here's a list of which reply to look at to find the template you're looking for. I'll update this list as more patterns are added. Be sure to post your photos of boxes that you make in the gallery! Here's a link to the Matchbox/Nugget Boxes gallery: instructions Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Thanks so much! I never realized there was a difference in sizes but I bought nuggets in error a couple of weeks ago -- now I'm all set! (too bad though -- I figured I had to eat them!!!).
Thank you so much for all of your hard work. I just stumbled upon this and I cant wait to give it a try. I can take a pattern and make things, but I am worthless at trying to make a pattern. I admire you for being able to do this.
I also want to thank you for your time and energy in creating these patterns. I stumbled onto your nugget boxes and it got my creative juices going. You are so very talented!

Ooh! I love these, and you never know when you'll need a little something for someone! I noticed that in the gallery, you have a box with 10 treasures. Do you have the measurements for this size? Also, how do you make the outer sleeves?

Thanks for all the work to figure out all those templates. I was wracking my brain for a little gift to give my supervisor and manager. Problem solved! TFS
