Carol...a shoebox swap is where you design a card and make a sample, then provide all the cardstock and supplies for everyone else to make your card. Everyone brings a project and the necessary supplies to make their project...then everyone gets to make one of all the projects!
Clear? It doesn't have to be brought in a "shoebox"...just a container of sorts to house all your supplies.
It is so much fun! I will be posting details and requirements next week, so watch for the update!

As far as my SCS name....that is the nickname my Dad called me when I was little. He's been gone for a long time, but I think of him every time I see "Puggins" in print! :p

I don't need names just yet Carol. I hope to be able to post all the details on Sunday. At that time I will have info for mailing fee payment, etc. You will be able to let me know names then and follow up with payment to lock in your spot.

Ok, is it November yet? Yes, I know it's 88 degrees but i'm ready. Ooops, maybe not............haven't decided on what card to do. UGH! Back to the drawing (stamping) board........literally.
Ok, Ladies if you don't post here we will lose this thread somewhere on page 100. ;) It is now on page 3. :(
Kathy will be back soon & posting & we won't find her.
Ok, still waiting on Puggins to get back and see if I need to make more cards. Actually, trying to keep this thread where we can find it.

Hey Carol, Did you know you can subscribe to threads and that way you can find it again if it gets pushed back a few pages?? Go to 'thread tools' up at the top area of the thread....and click on it, a drop box will come down and you click on 'subscribe to thread' and then it gives you the option to have messages sent directly to your e-mail when someone posts. Or you can have daily reminders in your inbox or no reminders...just subscribe so you can find it.
Beth
thanks for the direction. I am learning soooooooooooooooooooo much about this site. Can't wait for Nov. I hope more forms have come in. I've spread the word to stamping friends in Lafayette, Indy, Ohio, etc. As a former demonstrator I love anything stamping, especially SU.
