I can do the outsides with no problem but when it comes to the inside of the cards my mind goes blank. I like to have little verses, especially for kids' or baby cards but I start Now you're Two -- and then I have no idea what to say next.
Does anyone know of any Web sites that have these little verses for cards available?
thanks from me and from everyone I give cards to...

I totally agree with you. I was looking around SCS a while back and came across another thread with the answer to our problem. I cannot remember who posted this, but thanks again! Try this!

there is a great site mentioned somewhere on here that i use often .... www.versalog.com --and you can even add your own if you've come up with some good ones!
Michael's store has books - Words is one and the other may be called Verses??? Anyway, they are about $20 but if you use your coupon - got mine with the 50% labor day coupon - not so bad. They are paper cover over an inch thick with lots and lots of verses and sayings - also, I have been known to stand in the card store and write down verses I was fond of...
I find it interesting that so much has been dedicated to the outside of the card, but not the inside of the card. What's the best way to type inside? Are there templates? What do you do when the cs is dark, like navy?

Thanks so much for all the help. "The Elegance - Inside and Out" is beautiful! So you use designer paper on the inside and type the message on a plain piece of paper?

I typically print the message on either card stock or 24lb. watermarked paper (picked up from Staples) and then put that on the inside of the card. I'm going to try and be more decorative like Cindy mentioned in her blog, though!

Yup. I type the message - I keep a file on hand of ones I like to use- on a Word document, use custom colors that match my card stock and print them on white or vanilla resume paper. Sometimes I stamp sentiments right on the card base, but the paper liner is the best for messages on dark colors of card stock.
THanks to all of you great ladies for all your helpful tips and hints, I am having troubles printing from the sentiments excel can anyone instruct me on how to do this?
Thanks, Becky
