I keep posting this question but have not gotten any answers:confused:
please help...I saw a candy bag with m&ms and a wee verse about how the m can look like either an m, or a w, or a 3 , however you look at it and told how each has a special meaning for Christmas. I also saw a little candy bag with small red candys that were spare noses for Santas reindeer. I have looked and looked, and I can't find them now....can you help me????:(
I think this is the poem about M&M's but the only poem I can find for the extrta nose of the reindeer uses a christmas bulb. If you want it I would be happy to send it.
As you hold these candies
In your hand,
And turn them,
You will see.
The M becomes a W,
An E, and then a 3.
They tell the Christmas story,
It's one I'm sure you know.
It took place in a stable.
A long, long, time ago.
The E is for the East,
Where the star shone so bright.
The M is for the Manger,
Where Baby Jesus slept that night.
The 3 is for the Wise men,
Bearing gifts, they say they came.
W is for Worship, Hallelujah, Praise His Name.
So as you eat these candies,
Or share them with a friend.
Remember the meaning of Christmas,
It's a Love story that never ends.
I would love the poem for reindeer as well. If you wouldn't mind sending me a pm I would appreciate it!

Spare Reindeer Nose's

Rudolph has a job to do
Every Christmas Eve, it's true.
His nose will always light the way
For Santa and his tiny sleigh,
But if his nose should ever go out
Don't cry or whine or yell or pout.
Take out this bag and use a bit.
From Rudolph's Red Nose repair kit.

Rudolph's nose is very bright
He helps guide Santa's sleigh
Without it in the dark night sky
They might not find their way.
So just in case dear Rudy's nose
Is kaput and goes on the blink
We have these spare "red nose seeds"
To repair him in a wink!
The Christmas Elf has come to town,
To leave you some goodies, I see you have found.
If you wish to spread some of this good cheer,
Continue this greeting, ‘cause Christmas is near.
First post the Elf where all can see,
And leave it there until Christmas Eve.
Then make 2 treats, with 2 notes like this,
Deliver to 2 neighbors who the Elf has missed.
You have only two days to leave a treat.
Ring the doorbell and run – be fast on your feet.
Let’s share in the spirit of friendship and love,
That’s what Christmas is really made of.
And I use this one for my friends.
Tie this poem to a chocolate candy bar or choice with jute or ribbon:
Dashing from the malls
With groceries yet to buy,
Lessons, work and housecleaning,
Life’s so crazy! Why?
Bells on our telephone ring,
The machine will take the call,
We have not time for family or friends,
It drives us up the wall.
How are you? How’s your life?
We really want to know.
Hope you’re ready for Christmas,
Now maybe it will snow.
A day or two ago,
We thought we’d make a treat,
For all our special friends-
A Christmas gift to eat.
Our intentions were top notch,
But our schedules would not budge,
Hence, here’s this year’s edition
Of homemade
Christmas Fudge…

Ladies, the original creator of this poem is Pam Ridenour
(www.daisiecompany.com)and generally, she asks that you add her name to give her credit. Thanks
THis is very cute. Where would you find all red M&M's? At Christmas time I have seen green and white. Guess I'll be pickin out all the red ones!
Some stores, like CVS and other stores have bags set up with specific colors. Granted it was like $5 for a bag of them, but I think that they are wroth it.
I might have missed something in this post but someone had asked about all red M & M's so here is what we teachers did. We would buy bags of Christmas M & M's usually a day after Christmas, and would divide them up and put the green ones in the freezer (yes, they freeze very well) and we would have red ones for Valentine's Day or Christmas, and then the Green ones for St. Patrick's Day.
I wonder if this is the same thing..I did a google search and found these..Very cute..
