There used to be a good one but it closed. I'm not from Raleigh, so someone else might know of a good one. There is an Archiver's. I don't know the address but their website will tell you. I'll be watching this post because I'd love to learn of some new stores. Winston Salem isn't too far away from you. You might want to take a day trip to check out The Enchanted Cottage. It's unbelievable!
Welcome to Raleigh! I'm in Cary, so just down the road. I just recently moved to Cary from Durham, so don't know any stamp stores in Raleigh. There is a scrapbook store with a very good selection of stamps and supplies in Durham - Carolina Memories (http://www.carolinamemories.com); really nice paper selection as well.
I live in South Durham. There is a Archivers at Triangle Town Center on the outside part. I wish I lived closer to it Their use to be one over near Capital but I dont know if its still open. But pretty much all I know of is Michaels, AC Moore and Archivers. I dont ever go to Joanns. I order alot from SU and CTMH.

Forgot about that one, I have never been to it. THat one is on University Drive across from SuperTarget in Durham.
Hi, I live in Northern Durham. Carolina Memories is a very nice store. They don't have a lot of stamps that I'm interested in, but they have been expanding their stamp selection. They are very good for anything for scrapbooks.
The Archiver's in Raleigh is good for paper, stamps, and just about anything.
The Enchanted Cottage is a must to visit at least once! I have been there a few times, but not for several years now.
I didn't realize there were so many of us on SCS from Raleigh/Durham!!

Hi, I live in Cary too. There is another scrapbooking/rubber stamping store called Artists' Oasis in Apex, NC. I haven't been there but someone told me about it. Here is the link: http://www.artistsoasis.com
I second the recommendation of visiting the Enchanted Cottage near Wilson Salem, NC. It is a huge store and once in a while will run sales on everything in the store.
