There are a couple of things that I don't have that I probably wont' get to order before this. (i.e. reinkers). How big of a problem will that be? IS there an alternative?

Also...where can you get glossy cardstock?
I am pretty sure you can find glossy cardstock at Staples or Office Depot. I will ask the coordinators to look into alternatives for the ink refills.

Reinkers are best...I haven't tried food coloring, but have been told it can work in a pinch.
Glossy cardstock is available at Michaels, Xpedex, or paper houses. Try Xpedex or a local printing company. They will, sometimes, sell you sheets of Glossy. It sometimes goes by the name of Chromecoat.
I've got a question about the list if you don't mind. The candle, is it to be the kind one might decorate, or is it to be used for melting or lighting? And, about the spray, does it need to be one with a fine mist?
I hope I get to play some!

the candle should be the kind one might decorate, and I will look into the sprayer question!
I hope you get to play, too! We have lots of awesome challenges lined up!

For the spray - fine mist is probably best, but if you have the other kind, you should be able to make it work. The candle...sheesh, you want us to give it away? The candle is not a tool

That would completely depend upon the candle's attitude, now wouldn't it?

What is funky fibers?
Don't worry about questions -- better to ask now than be stuck during the real thing! The fibers are optional, but if you want some - they are the "stringy" type instead of ribbon which is generally flat. SU has some that are dyeable so if you look in the catalog with the ribbon, you'll see those and at least know what they look like.
Thanks to all of you I needed my chuckle for the day as I read through the thread. I am one for details and thankful that others had similar questions that I would have asked. Now off to shop for the supplies and definitly including the candy.
