Shanon I have never had that problem. But I always use the bent pointer tool to go under one edge of something I cut and then bend the plastic away from the paper. Also I just have one question"did you actually cut through all the layers of cs?" SU is a thick paper and if you dont cut at a fast speed at the deepest depth you may not actually cut throught the paperall the way. If that is the case after you cut something, and it finishes the cut hit load paper and then reapeat the cut it will cut in the exact same spot. Do not unload the paper before hitting load paper because it is next to impossible to get the cut in the same place.
