My husband's Christmas party last year had one. Oh. My. Word. It was the best thing EVER!!! I would DIE if I could have one in my living room... Of course, I would never ever be able to lose weight...
You can dip all kinds of things in them. My favorites were strawberries and milano cookies. The marshmellows were pretty cool, but the mangos were wierd... I also wasn't too fond of the chocolate/salt combination of dipping pretzels...
My friend is talking about having one at her wedding this year. I hope so!

I have been to several events with the flowing chocolate, it is sooooo gooood!! I always eat way too much of it before my main meal, but it is worth it!;)

Actually, I believe the ads are tied to content that appears on the page. Check them out from time to time....some of the are quite funny!

They are! They just post ads based on the words used in the page.
By the way, this little fountain thing is delicious!!!! We had one at a party two years ago and the guests just loved it! I think my favorite was the last thing that I dipped in the chocolate!
good thing I have some Dark Side M&Ms here on my desk...
When we were planning our wedding they had these available to rent for the evening. We thought about it since it was a lot more reasonable than that ad but decided not to get it. I could just see my dress covered in chocolate since I love it so much. I would have been a chocolate covered bride!
I just saw one of these. Can't remember where though (but that's probably a good thing!) It was either on a tv commerical hawking them or at wal-mart's. I remember cause I went by it and had to have a second look But my practical side thought that I wouldn't use it that much and that it would be a *&^%&* to clean up! So there are home use ones out there.
Instead of a traditional wedding cake, my sister had a bunch of cheesecakes on tiers, and a chocolate fountain with oreos, marshmallows on pretzels, all kinds of fresh fruit, cubes of pound cake. . .
My cousin is getting a small one for her wedding so my mom doesn't have to hand dip all the strawberries. They are the big thing at the wedding and bridal fairs.
A wedding we went to last summer had one....but the sad part...we had to leave just as they finally got around to serving the "cake"! The wedding speeches got a little long and our time was up! Phooey! It looked wonderful though!
I know this is going to sound strange, but I didn't like the chocolate that came with it. I like hershey's, cadburies, and other cheap types of chocolate.

And it is SO yummy!! I went to a Bridal show with my DIL this past August before she and my son married and they had one of these things there with tons of different fruits around it for everyone to have free samples - it was just delicious. Though they did not have one at their wedding, it would definitely be a big hit at one!!
