Default Anyone want to try this?

Everytime I look at the little princess from the new SU set I think "Tooth Fairy"! I don't know why. I don't have this set.... anyone want to come up with a "Tooth Fairy" card or project? Congrats on a first lost tooth? Box to keep it in? Maybe emboss her into a little velvet pouch? I'd love to see what you can do. Has anyone turned her into the tooth fairy yet? hmmm......

I don't have the set, but I've seen a few tooth fairies in the gallery using this set!

Thanks, those door hangers are cute! And sure would save the fairy from disturbing them while trying to get it out from under the pillow! If only I still had little ones....then I could have fun with this.

I thought of tooth fairy too, but only have boys left now and to use her to scrapbook pages might look "weird" as they say. I love the ideas in the gallery though.. sooooooooo cute!!

Default Tooth fairy

That is such a good idea to use her for the tooth fairy. When I was little I had a special little pillow that had a pocket to put the lost tooth in (much easier for the tooth fairy not to have to dig around under the sleeping child's head it was just on the bed with me). You could emboss this in velvet. I've seen instructions before...seems like you mist the velvet with water on the right side, lay down your stamp rubber side up, place the right side of the velvet in contact with the rubber and iron on the wrong side of the velvet. I don't remember heat settings...you sure wouldn't want to ruin your stamp!
Good luck!

One of my sidelines did this last winter and made an SU velvet bag for her cruise-it was adorable!!! It was actually very easy to do and best with large solid images. I love your idea of using it on a tooth pillow!!!

I will have to try this and let ya know how it went. My ds is probably done with losing teeth but my dd is 4 yrs behind him and still has all her baby teeth. She is anxiously awaiting the loss of her first tooth. All the kids in her kindergarten class last yr lost at least one except her. Poor thing. She tells me every few days that this tooth or that tooth is feeling loose.

I thought I saw a door hanger w/ pouch stamped with the princess as the tooth fairy. I looked in the gallery for that set but didn't see it. Anyone else remember this?
