I must confess, I am a "lanawannabe"!!! She is THE one and only talented leader of our stamping group. We all love everything she does and have the privelage of going to her wonderful house to stamp. She says she is just a "normal" person but that is debatable. We don't seem to act "normal" at her house. Too much laughing going on. I have declared myself President of her fan club months ago!!! She truly has a talent and it seems like most of the people on SCS have a super talent too!!! Hope she shares what she gets next week, hint hint!

I keep teasing Lana that my swap has to be really good or I will make her look bad!!! I tell her she has taught me everything I know. The big problem is, I only stamp at Lana's house and use her ideas. So ya think I should make her do my swap for the Northwoods Gathering!!!

I don't know what to say. . .
You guys. . . I just don't know what to say. How can I even say anything that is going to convey to all of you how I feel. I just finished my Inky Night (wish you would have been here skrap) and I sat here and read the original thread. I had tears. Then I clicked back to the home page and there is this thread. More kind words and more tears. I just don't even know what to say. You make me feel like a movie star or something and I think to myself that all of this hoopla can't be for me. What did I do that is so special.
All I can say is what I have told a lot of you: I am just a normal person who loves to share. I found my "stamp home" when I found SplitCoastStampers. I think QC said the other day how honored and proud she is to be a member of this terrific group. I feel like that myself OFTEN. And I am so grateful for the many, many friendships that I have made through this site. There are so many of you on this group who are so giving and genuine. SplitCoastStampers represents to me what Stampin' UP! is all about:
to LOVE what we do
and SHARE what we LOVE,
as we help others enjoy CREATIVITY
and WORTHWHILE accomplishments
in this we make a DIFFERENCE!

Me too, Lana! I called my one and only stampin' friend and told her I'm bringin' it by tomorrow on my way home from dropping DH at the ferry over to the airport! She's already all pumped.
