I was on the fence to get it for quite a while and decided to get it this last month as I saw several cards using it with the Crab and Company set. I think it goes very well with Halloween stamps and would be good with fall stamps also. No more on the fence for me.

ordered it
I liked this BG for quite a while and decided to order it when it was listed as retiring. I plan to use it for beach/aquatic stuff, masculine backgrounds, and with natural looking flowers/butterflies etc.
Didn't think about halloween stuff, and now I am thinking it will look good with fall themes as well!

All good uses. . . I would definitely order it! In fact, I am, tee hee! Go look at Carole Richardson's gallery, you will be sold! ! ! ! She uses it with florals, and it is just gorgeous! ! !
When I think of the cheesecloth BG I think of Carole Richardson's fabulous gallery. How she uses it for a background is worth studying. I linked one card here, but go through her gallery...you may end up ordering 2!:p
I am ordering this stamp for my next stamp club meeting. Can't wait to get it!!!

I just ordered this last night with the few retiring stamps I wanted. This was a must have and for me it was definitely the crab cards. I do however wish I had caved in last year and bought the chicken wire background.
I also like to use it for Easter cards as a subtle Christian message of the tearing of the fabric at the temple when Jesus was crucified. It makes a very impactful image.
I know, this idea is not for everyone, but when I gave it to my MIL, she was very touched.
