I can hardly wait!!! I recently got a roll of copper flashing from home depot and have been having a ball playing with it - I LOVE METAL ! Way to go SU!
If you get the Rubber Stamper magazine on page 104 is the Hodge Podge Hardware kit that will be in the new catty. It comes in three finishes, copper, pewter and antique brass. I can't wait, I want all three. Yeah! More fun stuff.

In PA, it's already in. I get it in the mail, and phoned my DD who is my demo and was surprised she didn't know. If SU is going to allow magazines to publish new items, at least they should give you guys a heads up! I'd hate to explain to customers why they knew and I didn't!! Someone just wasn't thinking on this one!

I think SU does often showcase new items in magazines.
I think it is awesome-I love when people go and treasure hunt for info. In June you will see so many people give great little tips for things they have seen here and there- a background paper, new ribbon, etc.
You would be surprised at what the Stampin Up DemoDetectives will work on and find out when they get excited!

I agree. I don't think our customers expect us to know EVERYTHING. After all we Demos are customers, too, and not SU employees. I love to hear the little tidbits that others are finding in magazines!!
I just went to my local scrapbook store two days ago and they had the June issue of the Rubber Stamper magazine and I looked at the kit in there....loks like it's a must have thing!!!!!
I just got my subscription issue in the mail today and I can't seem to stop looking at all the goodies in the kit.
If you can't find a copy of the magazine..pm me and I can pick one up for you and mail it off. Let me know at [email protected] if you're interested.

I wish SU would have attached a photo or the ad artwork to the announcement message. I don't understand the reasoning behind not sharing it with their sales force. I did send them this question/suggestion, but am not expecting much of a response.
