How do you do your envelopes? Do you send them in plain white ones or do you stamp on them and decorate/color them?
I mostly make wallpaper envelopes and am starting to use some patterned papers to make envelopes. It's just a relaxing thing for me to do at the same time being able to watch my toddler because my stamp room is upstairs where I can only escape to when my little one is asleep.
Once in a while I will use white envelopes and if I have time, I will stamp a coordinating or even non-coordinating stamp on the lower left corner.
What about you guys?

I try to use the clear envelopes with my cards as much as possible, but if I can't/don't for whatever reason I usually just do a plain white envelope. I've often thought I should sit down some night and just stamp all of my envelopes though. Usually I end up sending them "as is" because I'm grabbing a card and throwing it in the mail at the last second and don't have time to stamp the envelope too. If I had them all done ahead of time I'd be set!
I usually will stamp the envelope when I make my cards, that way they match. I use plain white envelopes that I buy either at Walmart or Office Max. It it is for a special occasion then I will use the coordinating envelopes that SU sells, but I still stamp on them.

I don't feel that my card in complete until I have stamped a coordinating envelope. Just a little clue to the recipient that they are receiving something special. :p I use either white or ivory.
I stamp on envelopes, and use SU's ultrasmooth envelopes.... SOOOOO NICE!!!! And of course the envelope has to match the card. I find it only takes an extra minute or two to slap an image on the front and colour it in, and makes all the difference when it comes in the mail!

I always stamp my envie when I am making my card. I get evps at a local paper store (actually Xpedex (where SU gets their boxes)). I wonder if they get paper and evps there too? The ladies in my classes laugh at me because I'm anal that way. No one leaves my house with a plain envie, even if I have to stamp it myself!

Always always stamp the envie - doesn't feel finished without & makes it xtra special. Everyone in my stampin' group now stamps their envies... I usually use white or ivory - unless a special occasion & then I use the clear. USPS charges and xtra 12cents with the clear envie - the barcode doesn't print so they have to hand stamp/cancel.
I am an envelope stamper all the way. I try to use the ultrasmooth ones from SU as much as possible, because they really leave the nicest impressions. I also love to stamp on the parcels that I send and since we live far away from all of our extended family, there's always a lot of packages and envelopes to stamp on. I agree as one of the previous posters put it, that it lets the receiver know that something special is inside.
I try to stamp the envie if the card is being hand deliverd. If it is being sent through the mail, I'll stamp some images along the left side. Depends.
I stamp the envelope. We (my sister and I) actually have a friend who won't accept a card UNLESS it has a stamped envelope and a hand stamped and signature on the back.
