Sorry for the delay. Some family things came up last night. Looks like I missed all the upgrades last night... I've already noticed an improvement while posting this challenge. I can change the look of the text without it hopping to the top of the page. Love it!
This week we're making graduation cards. They can be pre-school, kindergarten, high school, or college graduation... or any kind of graduation. This a similar to LSC15 from 2 years ago. This time you're going to use non-traditional stamps to make graduation cards, but you can also use graduation themed sentiments and images with them if you'd like. But the main image should be an image not usually used for graduation. Please see the samples. I'll try and check in for questions during lunch.
Keyword:LSC117 Stamps: non-traditional graduation stamps; supplementing with graduation images and sentiments is optional Colors and Embellishments: any
If you are new to the challenges, please feel free to do this one or ANY of the challenges at any time. There is no time limit. They are not races to see who can do one first, nor are they contests of any sort. All the challenges are simply to provide inspiration and to get us stamping!

Jen, this is a perfect challenge for me right now. My great nephew is graduating from high school and I don't own one graduation type stamp. I have been scratchng my head and now can get lots of ideas from other people as well. I haven't been able to play in the challenges much over the last couple of weeks and my nerves are starting to show the signs of withdrawal. I am excited that I can play in this tonight when I get home from work.
I'd like to ask everyone to keep my brother-in-law, Dan in their thoughts! I love this wonderful site!!
morning, usually whenever i make a graduation card i use the mortar board and diploma stamps, so even thought this is small, it is out of the ordinary for me to use words as the focal point. i don't know if this qualifies, but here is my card: LSC117 Big Day by smitty2004 at Splitcoaststampers
have a great day! janice

Here's one that I did last year for my SIL's Teacher's College graduation. I don't think I'll have time to do one this time around, but wanted to share this one.
Enjoy the challenge!

This is just too weird! DD just asked me yesterday if she could make a graduation card for someone and I told her I didn't think I had any graduation stamps right now! I'll have to experiment today myself, so she has some ideas to run with! Thanks Jen!
Great challenge! I need to make a card for my stepdaughter anyway, who is graduating from the 5th grade next week! Thanks for the inspiration. I'll be back later with my card!

So this was a very quick card! In the picture you can't see it very well but there is glitter on it. I made this for my sister who graduates this weekend!
