So you want to see this in action??? Check out my gallery! I have updated my stampin space and I've got picks of my NEW STORE IN STYLE!!! I love it so far! I also got two of the organizers from the ebay store for my ribbon and my punches. These are VERY well made and look great! I still have some more organizing to do with the little stuff to clear up more table space. I'd like to wall mount the tv and get a spinning stamp pad organizer. I am waiting to see what is in the new catty and to see MamaK's new one from DEK. Anyway, check it out!!
maybe i missed where you said this - but where are the white cabinets from? are they stackable cubes? they look great! my stamp room/spare bedroom all has white furniture in it, so they look just perfect for my room!
Yep, they are a new modular storage system from Crop In Style. You buy the cube then you buy whatever you want to go with it...a shelf for the middle, a door, the verticle/horizontal shelving, etc.
wow, thanks for the link! i'm seeing some of this in my near future for sure!! got a wee bit of a bonus from work, and i think that i'm obligated to spend that on fun stuff, not bills. it's against the rules to use bonus money for anything other than fun! at least my rules. thanks for helping me organize and spend!
Wow! Way cool! I'll bet you're so excited - it looks great! I have to stop looking at everyone's cool stamping rooms. It gives my son a complex when I walk into his room and say, "Oh, the stackable storage cubes would look great there, and my desk could go over here..."
I'm happy for ya! (Cool idea to add a tv, too.) Enjoy your space!
Emily Thank you for your link and for the great pictures. We are moving to a new house and I am planning my stamping space, I had never seen these before I am so excited. They are perfect. Your stamp room is coming along nicely. Enjoy !
Happy Stampin'
Dee
Emily, I posted this on one of your pics but thought I would post here as well. I have several of these sitting unopened in my garage (the shame of it!). Did you somehow attach these all together or to the wall? I'm concerned about one of the top ones falling off and damaging itself or the others. I'm trying to figure out a way to attach them together. BTW, I picked up several of mine when Jo-Ann's had 50% off coupons.

I think these are way cool...very attractive! I can appreciate your concern, though. I think if I had these, once I had them set up the way I wanted I would screw the backs of the cabinets into the wall just for safety sake, especially if I had kids or lived in an earthquake-prone (is there really a difference, lol?)

I am jealous!! Our JoAnn's didn't have them. I just got the 5% discount I always get at my LSS. I used the little black thingies and not the brackets. They are pretty stable so I am not really worried about it. I did keep all the brackets and screws in a ziploc baggie in case I want to later on, but I was for sure I wanted to keep them in this order so I didn't bolt them together yet.
These are at the top of my bday and mother's day list! I passed out the flyers to all my family members with how many of each configuration i want! I bought one 12x12 drawer at Christmas time and absolutely love it. Great job Emily and TFS!

Emily be sure to call the different JoAnn's - the one here in Frisco usually has them in stock - worth the gas $ to save the 40 or 50%. I've been concerning these for some time....just need to find the space for them!
Ok, I have a user question about these. I need a new stamping table (I'm currently using my desk that I've had since middle school) and I'm outgrowing it.
Does the table part of this system bend in the middle? That's part of the reason I'm using my desk right now...the last table I had was a folding table and too "mushy" in the middle (kinda like me!).
I received an email that memories.com is having a sale that runs Friday-Sunday in celebration of National SB Day. They are offering 20% off and they carry a good selection of the Store-in-Style pieces. They also say that there is free UPS shipping on purchases over $40 but the 20% off says that it cannot be combined with other discounts....I have NOT bought anything from their website before so I'm not sure how their service, etc is. Just thought I'd throw it out there...I LOVE my Store-in-Style pieces that I was able to find at J's.
Hey Miss Emily what's that you've got your ink pads in?
It's the Case Logic cd case. It's great and portable, but it only holds 48 pads. I got it online for around $20-$30.
As for how much the storage was...you don't want to know!!
The cubes run $29.95 and then you buy what else you want to go with it. All I got ran about $320. I sold a ton of stuff on ebay to finance my purchases though so it's all good.

So there's some sort of hardware in the box that enables them to be connected? I suppose I should just go into my garage and open one of the boxes. Duhhhh
Cool beans! Your room looks great Emily!!! I really like the cubes-I keep debating on them but i really don't have the space or the need...but hey! when has that ever stopped me before ;) LOL Thanks for sharing your update!
SO using the coupon for the WHOLE SHEBANG! YEAH I have a whole new stamping room waiting for me to decorate in Hawaii and I need it all! Thanks Emily for the showing me exactly what I need and Amy for giving the site and discount code- can't wait till tommrow now!

Emily- thanks for posting your set I went and got a set of 6 with the coupon Amy (craftee) posted! Thanks for the info from ya both! Oh and so everyone knows you CAN combine the free shipping with the 20% off it was such a good deal. The service was great, I paid sunday at 3pm and got e-mail monday by 7am saying it was shipped!
Creative express ( www.creativexpress.com ) carries these and if you sign up for their community forum, you get a coupon for 10% off any item and then if you post a scrappage, you will get a coupon for 30% off one item. Just FYI
Thanks, Emily, for posting pics of your set. I have been looking at storage options for a few months, including these. Thanks, too, for posting the coupon at Memories. I ordered 9 cubes on Friday, and hope to get them this week.
Question: Does anyone have the 4 drawer cube? Just wondering if the drawers could hold pictures and/or swaps (standard size).
I could not find these on the Creative Express site. Any hints? Creative Express had 4 coupons on the home page as well.

.
The dimentions are 16*16 outside and each drawer is 6*6*13 I don't have that one but I ordered the 2 file drawers and a 3 drawer and 3 cubes with doors and shelves from http://www.memories.com/catalog/catp...e%20in%20Style the 20% everything plus free shipping ended yesterday BUT they still offer free shipping and you can keep your eyes open for another sale! I was happy with service they shipped the next day!
Aubrey:
Thanks for the drawer dimensions. I think these will definitely work for storing swaps, and probably for pictures, too. I was afraid to order this piece without the sizes when I did my initial order last Friday, but I did get in on the free shipping and 20% discount for the other pieces. I can't wait to get the order, although it will be hard to sneak these into the house (much easier with an SU box - LOL!!!).
I am off to Denver tomorrow to pick up my new minivan. Hoping to stop at Joann's and the scrapbook stores to buy the 4 drawer unit. Sometimes it stinks living in the boonies - the closest Joann's, Michaels, etc. is 2 hours away in Grand Junction!
