Default I am a bad wife!!!!!
My hubby came home a couple of hours ago and dropped off a dozen red long-stemmed roses for our 10th anniversay (which is on Friday) and what I was really hoping he was bringing was my SU! box!!!!!! That is so bad of me!
Hubby is taking me out for supper tomorrow night (without kids!!!Yippee!) We bought a new mattress set a couple of weeks ago....so that is our present to ourselves!!!
I am hoping Mr. Brown is coming soon with my order...I can't wait to get my hands on my new stamps!

Congratulations! What a treat...the roses that is! The SU will be a graet pkg too! I'm getting excited to get an order together myself. Waiting for Sept. Our 10th anniversary is next May! We're actually planning on a night or two away w/o the kiddos! Whew...it'll take me a year to prepare myself mentally for this!

Congrats on you anniversary Karen.

I am also feeling bad, because tomorrow is DH birthday and I am expecting a large order from SU. He wants to go out (we both have the day off) and I want to be home for Brown. I will go out, with the hopes we are home in the late afternoon (that's when Brown usually shows up)

I guess no stamping though until Friday. Boo Hoo!!

Happy anniversary! Our 11th was Sat. the 14th. We were going to celebrate by going to a cousin's wedding, but we all (hubby & 2 boys) were dealing with the flu. What a bummer!

Hey paperchaser! Our 12th anniversary was the 14th too! We spent it dealing with Hurricane Charley, the ratfink! So sorry you had the flu! Hope you all are fully recovered.

Default flus & hurricanes
Hi Shelly! Thanks for the sympathy. Thankfully we were done by the end of the weekend. However, our oldest started his by throwing up all over stage at church during the VBS closing program! Talk about a grand finale! :oops:

I hope everything ended all right for you guys in the hurricane. The worst we get out here is some speedy winds. Some neighboring areas get the occasional tornado, but our town doesn't seem to. We live in the prairies of Manitoba.

Our 13th was on Tuesday. we did go out for lunch together which is rare so that was nice. I even tried a new card technique for the one I made him. metallic bronze and gold paint on the back of a window sheet, stazon image on top. I will post one when I get one that looks better.

Congrats!! Our anniversary (10 yr) was on Sunday!! Hubby brought me home roses and a card...I didn't get him anything...oops!! I figured our trip to Seattle was it!! Awww...he is such a good man!!! Anywho...congrats again!!

Thanks, everybody! Dinner was good. It was nice to eat a meal without kids fighting or running around!
I am still waiting for the man in Brown to come with my order! It better be tomorrow!!!!!!

Congrats, Karen! DH & I just had our 13th anniversary on the 10th. We weren't able to celebrate tho.....I just had surgery on the 4th. I haven't gotten roses for quite some time either.....cats eat them! :shock:
