Help with mini accordian album

Hi all --
My SU demo makes these great little 4" albums that fold out -- kind of accordian style -- I am at a loss as to how to describe them. They have a fabric cover and you do a kind of origami fold for the paper inside so that the albums kind of fall open.
I know this is a very lame description, but by some miracle does someone know what I'm talking about -- and have the instructions for how to make these?? I have heard them called caterpiller albums also -- but it's not a straight fold out (like pictures froma wallet) - there are some triangle folds on the inside.
