Recently, I went back and looked at the very first limited supply challenges. It all started with very specific lists of stamps, products, and accessories. I thought it would be fun to do that again. Not every week but once in awhile. This first week, Ill go easy on you and choose flowers as the main theme since they are so popular. If flowers are not your thing. Please see the bonus challenge. But I hope youll step out of your comfort zone and try this!
You dont have to use everything on the list; just not more. If its not on the list (including techniques), its not on the list. Have fun with it!
Follow the List #1

Up to 2 colors/kinds of ribbons

Is the cuttlebug considered a background or not? Sorry I am not very up on all this and want to follow the rules. Thanks. Sounds like a fun challenge. Val

This sounds like a great challenge Jen! I like the challenge NOT to use patterned paper. I am finally done with all my projects this week, so tomorrow I can get to the challenge and combine it with Wednesday's sketch challenge. Off to bed to dream of background stamps...
Hi, Jen -- Thanks for the early post. Was able to get a quick card done before bed. Tomorrow will be very busy, so won't have time to play then, but in the meantime, here's
I had time to work on a card before I hit the sack. Now I will have more time to play tomorrow! I am really enjoying the challenges, Thanks! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

here is mine...and now I am off to bed. Thanks for a fun challenge. I love cards that are easily reproduced (ie: not too many accessories required) and I think this fits the bill.

Limited techniques and limited supplies wasn't a problem for me, but limiting myself to 2 colors was HARD!!!!! (I hope vanilla doesn't count as a color)

I kept to the list! (well, almost)
When I went for the soft subtle greens, they just didn't pop it so I had to make and "artistic" subsitution. It's still soft and subtle though!
Thanks for the challenge, just what I needed!
