It's Friday and time for another LIMITED SUPPLY CHALLENGE!! Remember what it was like before you had a whole room full of stamping supplies? Let's see what everyone can come up with from this list. Remember that you can use any combination of things on this list, but you cannot use anything not listed below. When you upload your card to the gallery please put LSC09 in the keyword section and post a link to this thread so we can all go look. This week's special challenge is to make at least 2 different cards from the same stamp set and color choices. Might as well make 2 cards while youhave the sstuff out, right? This week I've tried to include supplies so you can combine the week's current challenges, so be sure to check out the other weekly challenges as well. Everyone is welcome to play - even if you've never done a challenge before...please join us!!!

Mini Messages
Just My Type
Tags & More PLUS you may choose TWO Background Stamps from Pages 180-181 of the current IB&C PLUS you may choose ONE Alphabet Set from pages 196-197
Cardstock: US White, Glossy White, Choc Chip, Mint Melody, Mauve Mist, Marv Magenta, Rose Romance, Bliss Blue, Positively Pink, Eggplant Envy (thought you might like to use these colors before it's time to say good-bye to some of them)
Ink: Black, Versamark, PLUS Classic OR Craft in the same colors as the cardstock
Accessories: Mono, Double stick tape, sponges, heat gun, Glassy Glaze or any color of embossing powder, silver cord, silver brads, Notched Corner Punch, Aquapainter or other paint brush, brayer, PLUS
Any regular household item such as bleach, staples, waxpaper, etc.
If you can't upload to the gallery you can still play at home. You don't need everything on the list to play. Just use what you have. When you post back to this thread please be sure to let us know your specific stamp choices from the list above.
(I'm posting the Friday challenge late Thursday night because I may not be able to get on SCS tomorrow as I will be attending the funeral of the father-in-law of my dearest friend. I hope you'll make and post lots of cards, so I can see them when I get back!!!! I'm hoping to get to stamp on Saturday.)

limited supplies
I love all of these challenges, but being new to stamping, I am sorry to say that my supplies are even more limited than those listed!! Where's my catty??
Well, I only have "The Fine Print" and this will definitely be a challenge for me, as I really don't use that set at all. I'd been thinking of trading it. Maybe I'll see some great samples here and change my mind! I'll post when I get a chance.

I only have the French Script background (which I wasn't in the mood for) and Mini Messages, but I did manage to combine different challenges from this week with this LSC -- including one card that combined four!
I was just wondering the rules to these challenges. I've been a member of Splitcoast since December, but am only now just starting to be able to try out some of the contests, swaps, and challenges. Is there a certain time limit for these challenges? Or are they just ongoing? How often do they occur? Just wondering so that I may try them out! Can't wait to get started.

Welcome to the Challenges! New ones are posted each week. The Limited Supply Challenge is posted every Friday. No time limit on when you do them. Most people try to do them in the week they are posted so they can do the next one next week. Sometimes you can even combine more than one challenge in the same card - like the color challenge with the sketch challenge or the sketch challenge with the LSC, etc. Join us and have fun!
I'd love to play but unfortunately I only have Just Jeans from the whole list!! I do have some of the colours, but I don't think I could do a whole lot! :p
