JulieHRR is driving me crazy!
She needs to take a break and get some sleep! Her designs in the DD Gallery are soooo awesome! If you're not a member yet ... man do I feel sorry for you! This is absolutely the BEST month yet! I am amazed at everyone, but esp. Julie. You Go Girl!!

I know what you mean! I started looking at the DD gallery at work and had to pull myself away cause I couldn't stop looking at JulieHRR's stuff. Julie you rock!!!
On the DD I have the great honor of being surrounded by awesome, truly aewsome, talent--THEY knock my socks ALL the time. ALL the time!!!!!!!!
I frequently sit back in my chair and wonder how in the world I can keep up with THEM!
I got lucky in April . . . I had no workshops scheduled, so with that little extra time, I dug out some stuff from my early years of stamping, when I wasn't quite so lazy. Some of those ideas were around 10-12 years ago, you sweet people, and I cannot claim originality . . . 'cept for the rubber washer thingy . . . maybe . . . ;)
But, even that, well . . . there was a company that actually made a metal edge tag stamp--Museum of Modern Rubber. It went defunct before I even knew they made it, and by then, I couldn't buy it.
First I was mad! Then, I was sad. :(
And, then . . . I happened to be in the hardware store looking for a rubber washer for something my DH needed to repair at home . . . and as I stared at them, I had one brief shining moment of brilliance. Rare, let me tell you! Very rare indeed . . . sigh . . .
The whole DD team is a phenomenally talented group of stampers. I am in awe of them every day. Truly a privelege for me to stamp among them. Truly.
They teach this old lady some new tricks all the time!
(edited to add: Leese, I'm STILL trying to figure out if I'm doin' your faux suede thingy right!!!! I'm practicing . . . YOU rock, my friend!)

I sign on this sight every morning. I look at the Dirty Dozen sight and all the new submissions. I stop and think, MAYBE someday I will be as good as they are!!!!!!!!! I am just in awe of Julie's work and mostly everything I see in here. Back to practicing. I heard practice makes perfect. (will settle for great though)
If only I had time to get through it all!!! Really I was on for like ten minutes then the kids needed to eat, the laundry needed to be folded, cards needed to be made...and I STILL have not been able to see the entire gallery!! LOL :(
