Default Fashion shoe template

Here is the tweaked pattern for the fashion shoe. I usually make a paper copy for everyone. They staple it to their cs outside of the shoe image. They complete all the scoring on top of the paper, it sometimes helps if you are using a bone folder to work on a stack of papers. Then they can cut and assemble, with no marks showing! Hope you enjoy this and post your shoes.

See my gallery for an example of this template and other examples of my "Boxes to Knock your Soxes off" Stamp Camp pics.

Could someone send me a note and tell me how to include a thumbnail? thanks. Pam
Many have said they had problems with the old pdf so I posted a new one called new shoe.

Another issue with Adobe is your reader may be "outdated". Go to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/main.html to get the newest updates...it sure helped me! ;)

HTH!

I downloaded the pattern. Thanks for sharing. I have one question. When I print out the pattern the straps are cut off on both ends. Is that why you included the extra strap? Do you have a tip on how to emble the straps? (ops I quess that was two questions. Thanks

You can continue cutting the straps along the line right off the paper. This will close with the buckle, but if you need more space for your item in the shoe you can use the extra strap. To use the extra strap - Cut off one attached strap level with the edge of the shoe. Overlap the extra strap to the shoe (where you would have an attached strap on a real shoe). Trim down the other attached strap to approx. 1" os so. Carefully glue on buckle and trim to buckle curve, or below to slit on buckle. You can put something wider in the shoe now. I used small 1/2" circle punched cs in contrasting red nestled in the curve of the new attached strap. pam

Thanks So Much For Sharing This!! I have made 8 shoes, my girlfriends just love them. I hung a tag on them saying "its better to have gum in your shoe than on your shoe" and I put a pack of gum in mine. So cute

What a darling idea. I can't wait to make some of these for my daughters birthday. The girls loved the purses last year and I bet the shoes are another hit.
Thanks for the template and the directions.

I downloaded the template, but it's not the current version of the shoe. I'm in the process of making a 'mock' shoe, so if I make any errors, no big deal. But I'm running into all sorts of challenges, like the back of the shoe, the bottom of the shoe. ARGH! I need help!

There is already a heel on the shoe pattern so just attach with glue stick or glue runner the second color heel. pam

Try "right click", "save target as", then save it to a file so you can open it.
