CC104: Saffron Roses
Hi, everyone . . . I'm your guest host this week, as Emily is having sporadic internet problems that may not be repaired for a few days.
It's been beautiful and in the 70's here this week, so how about a bright, sunny color combo to help cheer you up if you still have snow on the ground in your area?!!
CC104:
So Saffron
Regal Rose
Certainly Celery
(optional: Chocolate Chip )
Here are my samples:
Basic Roses
ATC Doodle
Please put
CC104 in your keywords section (and if you have more than one challenge use a comma to separate them) so we can find your card! If you need help uploading click here !

Thank you Sharon, I'm going to see if I can tackle this tonight, as tomorrow is not for playing, but tonight is as long as I can stay awake!!

They sure are -- I hadn't noticed until you mentioned it! Yes, except for Bashful Blue. That should be some easy cards!

Just want to check. I don't have SU colors. Is it okay for me to substitute in colors that I have that are close?

I'm in a similar situation - I have Certainly Celery cardstock and a craft ink spot, but nothing in the other colors... unless So Saffron and Regal Rose are in the Stampin Pastels? I have a set of pastels that I've never opened, but not sure if it has the current colors or the old ones...
-- kimB
ETA: I just checked my pastels and they contain the old (retired) colors -- does anyone know if any of the retired colors would be a close match for So Saffron & Regal Rose? TIA

You could try Rose Romance for the Regal Rose. Sometimes I have trouble telling the difference between So Saffron and Barely Banana, so maybe those will work? Hope you create something fabulous!

Love these colors -
Nurse Baxter
Thanks for looking!
edited - had originally posted two cards - removed the one card - the colors just didn't show up correctly in the scan and I don't think it truly qualified.
