Clear Michaels Dollar stamps in Canada!
I saw a few posts about there being the clear stamps in Michaels stores. They weren't at my Michaels in Saskatoon UNTIL today! I am so excited that I got one of each!!
So all you canadians run to any Michaels but the Saskatoon, Sk. store (since I bought pretty much the last of them! ) and by yourself some stamps. They are only 1.50!

WOWee! They look wonderful! Looks like you bought out the store; I wonder if they've made it to New England yet....I'll have to check the Michaels in New Hampshire soon; have fun with all your goodies! Were the blocks the same price?

$1.50! You can't go wrong with that! It's even worth the gas it will cost to drive the 1 1/2 hrs to Edmonton! Thanks for the info!

To answer questions:
- the blocks are the same price as the stamps, 1.50
- they were located by the till in the roundabout dollar bins. The tall turny thingy bin They were second from the top in only one of the pie shaped container thingys, if that makes sense!
- and, yes, I feel like I bought out the store!

Okay, I was thinking of going to Michael's today...actually only because it is so close to Dollarama. But now....as soon as the baby is up from his nap I am going to bundle the kids up and try to beat the freezing rain! I sooooooooo hope that they are there.

Wow - gotta get me some of those. And what a coincidence - I'll be driving right by Michaels when I go out to Staples to pick up my copying today.

So I got what I needed at Dollarama and slipped into Michael's but no clear stamps. :( I asked an employee though, and she said that she did read a memo from head office saying that they were coming although she could not tell me when. Soooo, if anyone in Ontario sights any, let us know!

Well, they didn't have them at my Michaels in Halifax, but... when I was down the stampin isle they were clearing out tons of stamps and marking them down. Of course I asked why and the lady said they were making room for the Martha Stewart line coming within the next couple of months. She said they were re-doing the whole scrapbooking section - yay for new stuff!

OMG!!! I live in Kansas and I so hope they have these stamps. I am going tonight for sure. It's as windy as Chicago here but, it will just blow me in the doors. They better have them or I will be soooo disappointed.

Michaels $1 acrylic sets found in Cincinnati
Stopped today at a Michaels, a little farther from home for me. I find this Michaels in general has more than my closest store. They had the little acrylic sets. Also, two sizes of blocks. The blocks are very thin, but I just think these sets would be the cutest things to slip into a birthday or thank you card. Haven't stamped with them yet, but the designs are adorable. All done in that hand-drawn or handwritten style. Good luck to everyone on your search for these.

My store in northern IL had them last night ... and I showed extreme restraint and only bought ONE package, LOL! Unfortunately, still no cool new ribbon (like the velvet ones on the spools) in my store. :(

I was at one Michaels the other day to find nothing, then last night I went to another Michaels near me (Jersey has lots of stores) to find that they had them! I was good....I got the small blocks and 5 sets for myself, I also got a few to give to other people in something eventually. Does anyone else do that? I have a box to use for small gifts or secret swaps and it makes things easier, also if I don't give them to someone I eventually add the things to my own collects

Regina, Saskatchewan Canada had them yesterday. They were almost hard to find, as there was only about 1/4 of the bin full and 1/2 of that was the acrylic blocks. But they were right beside the cashier so as I waited I went through them. Some are cute.

I found them at my local Michaels, but they were pretty picked over, I only found a couple of sets that I would use.
I decided to go back the next day, remembered that some of my stamping friends don't live close to a M's, and that I would buy some to use as RAK's but they were ALL GONE. I hope they'll be getting more in soon.
