Default Answering some questions about the new colors...

The color caddy:
You shouldn't need a new caddy. There should only be ONE extra pad. All of the color families still have 48 colors. The 'fifth' family is still neutrals, and SU said not all of them will be available in pads, just like before. Basic brown, vanilla, and white will be offered in the pad, the same as before, and we don't yet know about Sahara Sand. Since Basic Black has been moved to the 'neutral' position, it is the only one we know will be 'extra.'

The marker caddy:
As for those of you who have the box of markers, and now don't know what to do, SU is going to put a printable label on their website for your demo to print off the colors for you. So, take out the olds markers, put in the new, and print off the new insertable color chart for your box.

Your chalks:
I'm not yet sure about this one, but I read somewhere that they would be letting us buy the chalks individually for this. That would be nice if they did, but I have a friend who would just LOVE to have my old chalks if I decided to just buy a new set instead!

Other demos, if you can answer any more of the questions you have seen, please post here for everyone to see! I've been trying to surf all of the questions, and it is taking so much time surfing through all of the questions, maybe this will help!

Sahara sand has an item number for the classic pad, so Im pretty positive that there IS a pad in it.

THANK YOU for sharing your info. I'm really hoping they let up buy chalks and stampin spots individually for this. A cardstock assortment of just the new colors would be great too!

You forgot gray too. If I'm not mistaken that's being moved to the neutrals group.

Yes, Going Gray, Basic Black and Saraha Sand will be in the Neutrals line. In regard to the inkpad caddy. There will be room for all 48 colors in the 4 color families. The "5th color family" or Neutrals already existed - craft white, craft vanilla and basic brown. And they didn't have a place in the caddy. This change is just adding more to the Neutral family - Basic Black and Going Grey.

You will be able to purchase the pastels and marker individually too. There will be download/printable inserts for the Stampin' Pastels and the marker box.

We are just starting a marker club in our group and decided to go ahead and start now so we'll have the old colors now and then get the new ones individually when they are for sale.

I'm not crazy about a printable insert... I wish SU would print them for us. My printer is not great at color matching. They never look like the actual colors.

Also, does anyone know if they will accept returns of unopened cardstock? One of my customers asked me about this.
