I placed an order for a mystery hostess workshop and it came in on this past Friday. The woman who won the hostess stamps came today to pick up her order. She had picked All Natural as one of the sets. We were looking over her order with the hostess sets included and All Natural was not made out of purple rubber, like a hostess set would be, but it was made of out RED rubber!!!!
I guess that means that All Natural has made it into the new catalog! I was pretty sure it would be since it is such a great set!
I just received Teeny Tinyies yesterday and it was still on the purple rubber, so that probably means you won't be able to buy it in the new catalog. I am so glad about All Natural. I just love that set.
Oh, Janine! Thanks for sharing this info! All Natural was my all-time fave of the hostess sets this year and I'm SO jazzed it will be in the catalog--I think it will be extremely popular! Yippee!!!!!!!!

On the Teeny Tinies and other sets that are still coming on purple rubber (the Around and About that I just got is still purple) they may not have run out of the purple ones yet. I think they will probably still come out in the catalog but just aren't in red yet.
Is waiting for the new catty driving anyone besides me absolutely bonkers?!?!?!? All I have to do is hear/see anything that makes me think of stamping and I can't concentrate on anything. I'm too impatient!
Thanks for posting the info on what will be in the new catalog! I want to know anything we can guess! I know when it comes, I'll put on a loooong movie for the kids and ask DH to bring home a pizza!
That is great news about All Natural and Simple Somethings! I have both...two stamp sets I can keep and use to demonstrate. When I do my stamp inventory, I have three sections for them. Current stamp sets is the first one, then a list of "hopefuls," which are sets I buy from the mini catalog, get via Sell A Bration or Hostess sets, which I hope make it to the next catalog, but aren't considered "current," and last, my retired list. I don't want to keep too many retired, but I can't seem to get rid of any of them. Why is that? I'm positive it's the retired ones that multiply there on the shelf in the dark!
Red is just a set that is in the catalog. Each year they use a different color for the hostess sets and for the SAB sets. The main reason they do it is so if a hostess set does get put into the catalog for sale, someone can't try to turn it in for a refund or exchange. It's obvious they got it as a hostess set and didn't pay for it because it is a different color of rubber.
I thought that too. ALL NATURAL is in the current catty. On page 103. IS there some other set we are talking about that was offered as a Hostess?
Just look at the date of the original post. This was discussed in 2004 before the new catty LAST YEAR came out. This is OLD NEWS. Some old posts just keep popping up the past few days.;)
