I keep telling myself to wait until the new catty comes out!...or at least til after the retirement list comes out! Yeah right..what did i do...bought more stamps the other day!!!
Lately it has been the Alphabits and the punches...can't seem to walk away from the punch, use them on everything I've made since I got them.
Actually, aside from having more stamps than any human should...I am a total paper hoarder...pattern, CS...doesn't matter...need to get over it and use it, I can always buy more

Know someone who is buying or selling real estate? Relocating to the Bay Area? Let me know, I LOVE referrals!
I'm with Jenn on the ribbon! I definitely have a *ribbon problem* & I need help cuz I'm running out of room. I don't think I've ever left a craft store without ribbon in my bag.
I keep scheduling events....stamp classes, demos, 10-10-10.
I told myself to relax and stop holding all these events, but I can't seem to stop myself. I love to stamp with other people, and I'm trying to increase my customer base, so I just keep doing more EVENTS!
My major addiction is tearing....almost every thing I make I tear at least one edge on it. My SIL makes so much fun of me. I always tell people its the cheapest decoration on your card!
I know it is old hat but I can't stop tearing everything!! My husband bought me the Fiskars cutter from the catty for my b-day (right before Christmas) and after he looked at some cards I made the other day...with lots of torn papers of course, he asks "What did you need that trimmer for?", laughing of course!
I am just plain addicted to stamping. I have an all or nothing personality so I have thrown myself completely into stamping. When I love something I go hog wild with it. It can be ribbon, a technique, a stamp or set, a type of card, embellishment, etc. I have lots of stuff.
I don't know if this counts but mine would have to be those darn 40% off coupons from JoAnns/Roberts Crafts!! Just because they are there, I feel the compulsion to drive over and buy something with them whether I need it or not!! (generally it's "NOT" ) I've got so many new stamps, paper, supplies etc, I don't have any room to stamp anymore!! My stuff is swallowing me whole!! HELP!!
For techniques, it's Direct To Paper....my ink pads are fraying I've done it so much! For accessories, it's patterned paper, lotsa ribbon, alphabet and text stamps and little metal embellishments. I have to say though that I'm not afraid to use up my supplies.....there will always be something bigger and better out there!!! And for just plain wackyness......it's shopping for supplies. I get this immediate rush.....ahhhh, whatta fix!!

definitely a huge tearing fan! otherwise, I think I'm embellishment-impaired. I always have to stop and think about adding them to step it up. Sometimes I just completely forget to use ribbon/tags/glitter/etc. what's wrong with me?

Glossy Cardstock and my brayer...cant live without either! Everything looks better on glossy and there are just so darn many techniques one can manage with a brayer...especially with all the attachments! (Lets face it, tools are always better when they have attachments, )
Crystal Effects and lately gingham ribbom.
I love all the stuff everyone is doing with the DTP but when I've tried it it looks horrible, like I dropped my ink pad.
I am addicted to COLLECTING!!! My goal is to have at least one of every item that SU sells. Isn't that SICK??? LOL It's gonna take awhile, but I can do it if my family doesn't plan an intervention first!!!
Addiction? What addiction? I don't have an addiction! There are no groceries in the house, the dining room (with the only table in it) is full of containers of stamping supplies; but these are all necessities! I'm starting a business; I have to buy things. I don't buy every day, in fact, I try to limit myself to once a week! But addiction? Now that's going to far! An addiction would be something I need to do everyday, as soon as I get up! (like SCS?)
However, I have noticed that Crystal Effects is creeping out of its bottle and appearing on a lot of my cards lately. My ladybugs are just flat without it. And then there's glitter ... as one of my uplines said "It's like Jello, there's always room for some!" ...
But no, there is no addiction here. My stamping supplies are just multiplying like rabbits on their own!
I would say stamps!!! I want them all. My catty sits at the side of my bed. I look through it every night before falling asleep. This is my bedtime reading. Everytime I look through it I find another set that I HAVE TO HAVE!!!

My massive accessory collection to go with the stamps. I am an accessory junkie!!! Got to have accessories to use with the stamps LOL, cardstock, stamp pads, embellishments. I have more embellishments than stamps. My fiber and ribbon drawers are looking might scary, *chills*.

Buying stamps and NOT using them, I sort of collect them, I do use most of them but when your getting stamps through the door ten at a time 0r 3-4 sets I find I cant use them all before I get the next delivery!! LOL
I actually started my stamping club to get my un-inked stamps inked, so I have 16 ladies that come each month adn play with my stamps. Its great fun.
Not only can I relate to everything that has been said on here but here's a new addiction twist for you ladies!
How about being so addicted to this site that your foot falls asleep while on it without you knowing it and then you get up too fast and try to walk and then, "Crack, Crack!" (loud ones) goes your ankle and down you fall and injure your back as well! After a 5 hour wait in the ER I received my SPS addiction diagnosis.
Diagnosis: Severely sprained ankle with lots of torn ligaments with orders to be on crutches for 8 weeks ( I'm on week 4) and an injured back with orders not to lift anything for over 10 pds. not to mention the P.T. and chiropractic appts.!!! Think of all the stamps I could have bought with my medical bills and the time I could have spent stamping or on this site!
SCS Surfing injury due to the fact that I can't tear myself away from this website for hours at a time. This was a painful and expensive addiction lesson and I can't say that I have changed my ways now that I am starting to feel better! If this didn't cure me what will!
Beware and Caution to SCS addicts! Help us all! :o
OUCH! Crutches for 4 weeks!!! I just got off them after 3 weeks and my shoulders are still angry with me!
Like you, I got my stamping injury diagnosis: Torn ACL, which has to be replaced, as well as other ligaments. Surgery coming up on April 27th . Minimum of 2 weeks recovery then many PT appts. as well!!!
Just think of the stampin supplies I could accrue for the expense of all this injury!!!
Take care! AND be faithful with your PT, I'm told!
