Ooh! I have a question. I have a couple of these and I've noticed at the top there's a section that looks like it's meant to be for stacking but I can't figure it out (I'm not good at building lego either! LOL). Are these meant to stack on top of each other? Like do the tops slide into each other in some way?
Sorry Laura, in my excitement I didn't realise that I hijacked your thread!
I don't have these mounted as yet, they're just in a drawer but I'd like to know what everyone else does as I'll be buying some more soon. Anyone have any picutres of theirs mounted?
My DH just recently mounted mine on the wall and I love it. I can't believe I let them bang around on my desk for so long before mounting. He just mounted them side by side with an inch in between each stack.
They hold the eyelet, brad and button containers. Six fit in 1 Stampin' Stack. I have 2 of mine mounted to the sides of my small tool drawers on my desk, I just used the sticky tape that came with them for that. The other 2 are above my desk mounted to the bottom of the shelf above my desk, with the screws that came with them. I love having them within easy reach!!
I mounted mine onto a 2 x 2 block..4 of them one on each side and put a drawer knob on the top and it sits on the table....but I liked it when I only had the one and it was on the wall too
This is an old thread, but thought I'd post a picture for newbies to see if they are wondering.
Mine are mounted on the wall right in front of my desk below my punches. Very handy. Holes are easy to patch up (or easy for DH to patch up later) if I ever wanted to move them.
I've decided that I rather like them this way than to get the SU new turntable stack. The turntable just takes up too much desk area and I'd have to get 2 of them to hold all my stuff--so no go on that.
In fact i think I'll need to go to ebay after not too long to get another single stack....
