When I turned 30, my boyfriend (at the time) gave me a Viagra bottle filled with blue M&Ms, a single Depends diaper (yeah, loved that one! - especially since I opened it up at work), and hairdye.
My Dh turns the big 40 this year this is a great idea for him (he's a practical joker himself and loves this kind of stuff)! He is already having a hard time dealing with going "over the hill". Guess this will make him feel even better. ;) LOL Hope you don't mind if a CASE this idea!
Did one a couple years ago. Put Ben Gay, Prep H, Aspercreme, reading glasses, hearing aid batteries, support socks, folding cane, Mon-Sun pill box, hair dye, Tylenol PM, can of prunes, denture creme - can't think what else right now - but those come to mind.

Here is a good idea:
OK, I can not find the link! You need to get a black cotton bra and white iron-on letters...on the left cup iron on "We've fallen" and on the right cup iron on "and we can't get up!" Make sense?
and get her a cane and attach a bike horn.
THEN give her something really nice that you know she will love! Maybe some cool new stamps or pattern papers ;) wink, wink.

(I used to get silver dollars for christmas, now if my ds, 4 doen't get a new dvd, retail value $25, he notices!LOL!
we get them from the library, but still...he had asked santa nicely!)
